Chipotle was good and the wait wasn’t to long is does have a drive thru. The portions are pretty good you do get a lot more chicken than steak. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and bathrooms inside no purchase necessary. Lots of tables are available.

This is my 2nd time at this location. The first time I had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and the food was cold by then. This time I went to pick up my order inside, the lobby was closed with no reason given. When someone finally came to say we could come inside just not order food, I inquired about my order and was told I could come get it. I ordered a chicken bowl with the white queso and chips. The queso was horrible. It was thick and tasted spoiled. The bowl was better than the last time, still cold though from having to wait again. I will not be returning to this location in the future

Probably won’t visit this location again. A simple to go order took over 40 mins , we were exhausted from being on the road for hours and thought this would be quick . I don’t think they are well prepared.Went inside to order,
they were out of chicken and a few other items . They asked us to come back in 10 mins , said they were making it right now. We waited outside for a good 20 mins , went back , it wasn’t ready , took longer …. Finally after another 20-25 mins , my son was out with his order .
Fast food shouldn’t take this long
This isn’t the first time, this has happened to us at other chipotle locations too , they always seem to run out of food, at peak times !

Terrible experience. I wish I could leave a zero star review. Walked in and not 1 employee said hello or even acknowledged us. Walked up to the counter to order and the miserable girl, who clearly hates her job, if not life itself, asked “what do you want”? Not one other person in line and she refused to make a quesadilla, she said NO, you need to order that online. She was beyond rude. I mean really? Seemed like she just wanted to say no to anything, while else smirk when saying no. Again, miserable.
The food tasted good, like every other Chipotle. Thankfully we ate outside because we had our dog with us, because the inside was gross, the tables were dirty and the trash cans were literally overflowing. Only one bathroom was working and instead of emptying the trash in the bathroom, they just added another trash pail. Clearly they are the laziest employees. They were all standing around not doing much, they could at least wipe the tables, empty the trash and pretend they like their job in front of customers. They need training at least in basic customer service. With so many other restaurants to eat at right around them. I will never go back there.
Chipotle management should be embarrassed.
Do yourself a favor and patron someplace else.

We had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our orders were perfect. While there was an error with the bill, they handled the correction promptly and efficiently after the fact, which we really appreciated. Plus, the food was quite good!

I feel bad because the guy that made our food was kind of fun and quick witted, so was quick to think I’m gonna leave a good review.
Only my gf got a salad, and they have just 2 dressings on the menu…ranch or vinaigrette. They were out of vinaigrette.
It wasn’t that alone though (shit happens you know?)…it was the casual apathy about it. They kind of checked with each other to see if anyone else either made more or knew if there was more.
When they concluded they didn’t have any…it was just a fact. “Yes…were out of vinaigrette…would you like double ranch”? It’s hard to put into context how matter of fact and effortlessly unapologetic they were.
Just another day at the office I guess.

I never thought I’d be giving a Chipotle a bad review. I love Chipotle. I’ve eaten at Chipotles in multiple cities across several states. But this one in Brunswick? It’s as if they don’t care.
I wanted a steak burrito. Nope. Out of steak with over 2 hours until they closed, and the grill looked shut down for the night. And this is a frequent problem at this location. One time it happened right at the beginning if the evening dinner rush. How do you not have everything topped off at the beginning of the dinner rush. Again, they just don’t care.
Eat at Chipotle – it’s great food. Just don’t waste your time in this one.
