First time going to 123pho. Portions were massive. I’m a large guy and had trouble finishing it in a reasonable time. However I asked for double meat and still the meat about was on the small side. Will probably ask for triple beef next time. Food quality itself was mid, nothing special, nothing to jump out of your seat out. Good to just have a chill meal. Probably would come again.

Located right in downtown long beach. There is a parking structure right next to the restaurant. In here, you place your order prior to being served.

This pho is not as good as others I have been in the area. This is more to have a meeting and not eat. The menu is not easy to read and as I came I ask for a mix pho but they didn’t have such thing. Soup doesn’t taste as the others. If you want to talk and just leave half of the soup just come here.

This place is so good!!! The shaken beef with garlic noodles was chefs kiss good beef cooked perfect and the noodles were tasty, paired with a Thai tea I couldn’t ask for more.. Very clean restaurant, good atmosphere and food comes out fast.

I had the “Shakin Beef” with garlic noodles and egg as a topping. Meat was perfectly cooked and still medium rare inside. the noodles were a bit to soft, so 4 Stars. I would order the dish again.

Agreed with some of the reviewers here. This place definitely is not an authentic Pho place – from the tasteless broth, to the few pieces of meats that came with the noodle and small portion of veggie. The spring rolls were awful – over fried – so dry that almost like jerky with no favor inside. The only positive is the staff which were good and helpful. The food not so much!

If I owned this restaurant I would fire the curly haired Latina girl with glasses that is behind the register. She has a DMV workers attitude at best. Absolutely kills to entire mood for every customer that comes in. Food is alright though.

I swear somebody put Sriracha in my smoothie. It was spicy at the end of sip everytime…..

This was my first time eating here, and it did not disappoint! From the time I entered the restaurant, the staff was very warm and inviting. After placing my order, I was asked to wait outside and had my to-do order five minutes later, nicely and securely packed.

Came here for late lunch with my family, we love pho. If you love pho too, this is not the place for you. The summer rolls were decent (those are hard to mess up) but the peanut sauce was lacking in flavor and texture. I ordered iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, not nearly as strong or sweet as I’m used to. The pho is the most expensive I’ve had so far and is lacking in flavor, not nearly served hot enough either. You order your noodles (thin or wide) pick three toppings (meats or veggies), and then your broth (beef/chicken or veggies). I got double rare steak and tendon. The tendon was so overcooked it looked -for lack of a better description- like giant brown loogies; ate one piece to give it a try and it didn’t taste very good, and the rare steak just wasn’t good either. We also got popcorn chicken which was nice and crispy but the chicken itself was a bit dry and there was nothing special about the flavor either. The music was just a little too loud for my taste, but that’s subjective. Tl;dr: if you want a good bowl of pho and you’re used to traditional mom&pop pho shops this is definitely not the place for you. I essentially paid $10 for a bowl of noodles since the meat was awful and didn’t even eat half because of how bad it was.
