The place is clean, the service was the best! There was no white rice in the bin so this lovely lady went and got more fresh white rice. The food is so well cooked and delicious. I can’t say that about any other chipotle I’ve been too and I love the location. It’s cozy yet on the main road. Thank you for a great meal from a great team

I was 30 minutes down the road when I realized they forgot half my order. I called to ask if they had it so I could come back but the automated system REFUSED to let me speak with anyone at the store! I finally got a “care team leader” who caught an attitude with me and then hung up on me!! When I got to the store one girl was nice and offered to remake everything. Another said no and went to the back. Then several members came out the back laughing!! I asked where the food could have gone and the girl laughing said “well if we don’t have a certain item you ordered we just don’t put it in there” I was dumb founded! This food was already paid for and if they didn’t have it oh well …. The nice girl at the window said don’t worry I’ll remake it, went to the table by the drive through and there it was the whole time. Worst service I have received in a LONG time! Hung up on, missing food, the down right disrespect! I will NEVER be back at the Brunswick location!!!

Ordered online for pickup. My burrito was no larger than a small taco. Ordered the fajita veggies but of course they were not added. $21 for two burritos smaller than a freaking Taco Bell crunchy toco. The guy at the counter was very nice, but can’t ever go back to this Chipotle

We come in very often….love the food. Almost always get the same. This visit (7/23/23 @ 5:30pm) was rather disappointing. Not sure if the restaurant has made a change or if it was just all the new faces working but the portion size was roughly HALF what it normally is. Very disappointing when you always get the same and know what you SHOULD be expecting to get. Not sure if we will be back or not

This place needs to close. They NEVER have anything. They never have any salad dressing for the salads. Today went in hoping for a better experience. No salad dressing again today. I wanted a large queso they don’t even have the large containers to accommodate my order. This is by far the worst Chipotle location that I have ever been to. All out of hope hoping for a better experience

The absolute worst chips I have ever eaten. So stale you could barely bite through them and the 2 tablespoons of kosher salt were distributed among two chips.

Was disappointed in this Chipotle. Walked in and no one was behind the counter. Stood there for some time and an employee came walking across kitchen singing loudly but never acknowledged us. Another employee finally came out and took our order. They had no Pico made, the sodas weren’t mixed correctly in the fountain dispenser. My pulled pork had a lot of fat in it. Super disappointed in it.

To me it seems like everybody that was working there tonight had no pride whatsoever on what they were doing. I asked for a soft taco. They told me they’re out they only have hard tacos. OK no big deal. Change it up to a burrito, I like the rice with the cilantro. I’m sorry we don’t have any cilantro. So I just took white rice, then I told him I would like black beans until I looked at the bottom mother burnt pan and told him never mind. I’ve been to this chain before and never had any issues whatsoever. This is the third time I’ve been to Brunswick, and always had issues. Go to Moe’s if you’re looking for American Mexican fast food you also get unlimited salsa there.
