2025-12: I ordered from here via a third party delivery service. My review is based solely on the food and restaurant itself. We had two burrito bowls (both with carnitas, white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream, fajita veggies, and sour cream.) They were good and had decent portions of ingredients. Also had a side if queso Blanco, which was a bit thick and lumpy and served in a 4 oz. container. The large chips was a bit disappointing, though. The chips themselves were good, but the bag was filled about 1/3 of the way. (Refer to pictures for visual.) So, it was okay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was noticeably dirty. The doors were dirty, most of the tables were dirty, and we actually had to wipe down our own table to sit. I understand busy rushes, but there were several employees working and someone could have easily taken a few minutes to clean the dining area.

The staff was also extremely rude. The young lady at the register argued with me about what I ordered. I am vegetarian and I know exactly what I asked for. I ordered chips and a side of queso, but she gave me chips with salsa. When I told her I did not order salsa and that I ordered queso, she insisted that I was wrong and continued to argue instead of simply apologizing or correcting the mistake.

A manager eventually came over, and I explained that arguing with a customer is completely inappropriate. They did refund my money, but then recharged me more afterward, which was frustrating. This whole situation could have been handled so much better with basic customer service and respect.

On top of that, they were almost out of rice, and when I asked about fresh rice that I could see sitting nearby, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. There was barely enough rice to complete my bowl.

Overall, the cleanliness, attitude, and service were unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

First off I want to say it speaks volumes that I would much rather drive to the Province Way location than to go to Robert C Daniel pkwy for so many reasons but today’s review is about this location specifically. Me and my sister went into the location yesterday as we are obsessed with the bowls. The ingredients were definitely amazing but I was slightly disappointed by a few team members. The only reason why there are stars at all is due to the amazing Jason. He was great. Had great customer service, really personable and attentive. And he fixed the solution caused by the young lady at the register who just didn’t seem all there that day possibly new. She rang up my order incorrectly, passed me the wrong size chips, and just didn’t seem very helpful. Jason had to assist her and was scolded by a manager that came from the abyss of gossiping with other teammates. Who even then weren’t helping Jason on the line, even though it was just me and my sister. So I just want to say I appreciate Jason for making this experience a good one and keeping my faith in Chipotle. But you guys should really train your staff on being there for the people not just the customers but the folks that work for you all as well. Jason was great & somehow it seemed like he got in trouble for helping me when the cashier should’ve been replaced and retrained to avoid other folks from having to step in for her. Food was great. Thanks again Jason!!

Food today is mediocre. Our office placed a large Togo order and we didn’t even get forks, plates bowls or any condiments. My coworkers all agree food was missing something, like care. Found out options to be VERY limited as well. I’ll not suggest our next luncheon to be from here especially when we can’t get utensils and condiments for such a large order and while even the queso cheese was lumpy. Be better Chipotle Augusta.

Always love Chipotle. Did a great job preparing the food. Service was excellent. Food tasted great. Only downside was, there was no ice for the drinks. You had to ask for ice at the counter. Wish they would lower the prices a bit too.

Leaving very impressed with the service. Every worker I interacted with was so pleasant and so efficient. There was a line when I walked in, which is to be expected for Saturday lunch, but they moved quickly and steadily and I got my food in a very timely manner. Large portions too!

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to as far as customer service goes. Every time I come through here, it’s always something. Very inattentive to customers. The worst part is you think that the customers get bad service but the employees get treated even worse. The last two times I came here, two different managers on each occasion were being so rude to their employees and everyone could hear them talking to the employees crazy. Clearly, it’s an open space so it’s hard to talk to someone and correct them without people hearing, but there is a way that you can correct your employees without belittling them or sounding like you’re bullying them or you’re about to beat them up or something if they don’t do what they’re supposed to do. They literally sounded like they were the high school bullies who are managers now. Just rude. I’m almost positive that’s why the morale in there is so low because people don’t want to be there. Another time I went in there a girl was acting like she was scared to give me the appropriate amount of chicken because she said they’re being watched on the cameras while they serve… so her actions spoke like she’s scared to mess up, or else. Like blink twice if you’re ok.

The young lady on the line tonight that was fair skinned with long hair was rude and rushed us as we took our order even though there was no one inside except 1 man behind us, we couldn’t even take a second to think. Hospitality was terrible. Also, portions compared to other Chipotle in Augusta are way smaller. Some of the containers she was getting ingredients out of were almost empty so when she put a little bit of queso in my bowl I asked could I get a little more and was charged for extra queso when I didn’t even get a reasonable amount the first time because there wasn’t much left.

The worker who fixed the food placed rice from the edges and sides of the container back into the container. I asked for queso and chips. I didn’t get my chips and received shredded cheese. My double portion of Sofritas was 1 portion size even though I paid for 2. The staff did not properly take my rewards. It caused the line to backup and needless to say I was not satisfied. I take care of sick people all day and provide great customer service. Why can’t I receive it here?

I had the opportunity for my husband to order me a burrito from here. It was exactly as I asked for it to be. The ratio of ingredients were also on point. I was able to taste everything I had on there with each bite. It was definitely worth the price and I will definitely buy from here again. My burrito was huge and I only made it through half of it and shared with my toddler. We both enjoyed it
