I understand the person before us was being difficult — asking for samples and being particular about the chicken. But I didn’t do anything wrong. I waited patiently and even tried to speak to you, but you ignored me and looked at me like you were annoyed, which made me feel really uncomfortable.

usually i don’t complain about fast food places, but if your fried rice doesn’t have everything in it then you shouldn’t be offering it. like WHERE ARE THE VEGGIES?! i’m literally only eating fried rice and egg… however, i am impressed that the delivery came as quick as it did. props on that part

The service was fine. But the food… Honestly if this was my first time eating panada express I would have never ate it again. Everything was under cooked, the shrimp wasn’t even crispy and they gave my two very tiny shrimps with little to no breading out of the 7. So really no I got 5 shrimp, the orange chicken was also undercooked and the spicyest I have ever ate before, cold chow main with extra extra cabbage, and the Rangoons were the most undercooked of all! They were cold and the crispy wonton was not crispy and more stale textured. I could even eat it all because it tastes so bad. I normally don’t l wve reviews but I feel as if I need to warn people of the disappointment that lies ahead. Drive another 3 miles with you really need you panada.

Experienced employees, really fast service. We had our food within 5 minutes. It was delicious as usual. Thank you for vegan/vegetarian Eggplant Tofu not every Panda Express location has it. We spent few minutes finding the restaurant because it is located inside the mall.

I feel bad for the owner of this franchise, I would think twice of coming back to this establishment with the attitude the workers have at this location. They simply don’t care about customers. They obviously were in a hurry to close the place down at 8:15pm (shut down is 9pm).
Do yourself a favor… don’t show up after 8pm unless what you want is just leftovers.

I was excited to have panda today, don’t get me wrong the food was good but the cashier(Valeria) was really disrespectful. I felt avoided, and she was making faces when I was at the register. Once the order was paid she didn’t hang me my food right away until I had to ask for it.

The irl ordering line never progresses because they prioritize app-orders. Like my food will be made and ready and I’ll be waiting to pay for 5 minutes while they pack 5-10 online orders ahead of me.
Still great value, but you need to be ordering on the app or you will have a bad experience here.
