Hair was in my food!!!!!!!!! I called numerous times no response I even had a piece in my mouth I am a rewards member as well I had 3 quesadillas and 2 had hair in them I’m in disbelief

I came in and ordered my 3 veggie tacos and a drink. The service was quick and great. I paid with my phone, and the person checking me out handed me my cup, but with her fingers on the inside of the cup. I sat the cup down and asked for another one since her fingers (as in from the 2nd knuckle down) were in my cup. Her response to that was okay, but we do wash out hands “every hour”. And she then let me pick my own cup. I would not care if she just washed her hands. I don’t want your fingers touching the inside of my cup. Also she took the cup I sat down, and put it back with the other cups. I personally know that’s not how you do things. I worked in food service and went to culinary school so we ALL know that’s not proper procedure and sanitation practices. Maybe need to do a refresher course.

To sum this location up they need help!!!! No I mean like Frfr they need help!!!! Like they’ve had the same sign up stating that they are short staffed and that they are only doing mobile orders for almost a year now!! I don’t personally have a problem with this but many customers literally easily got into their vehicles and found something else in the area to eat. To top it off after entertaining the idea of the app and having to wait on the food thru the mobile app! I was given hard rice and most of the food was not edible! Clearly not only is the customers tired of the inconvenience but the staff is also tired and over worked! clearly the service and food quality is taking a back seat!! What happened to this location??? Help!!!!!

Please put someone more competent on the line. The guy on the line rushes you through ordering so quickly that he’s literally interrupting your every word. It makes you want to tell him to make it however he’d like and to pay for it too since he knows what you want. And actually, since he prides himself on efficiency, start by telling customers what ingredients you’re out of in the beginning so that they don’t leave infuriated at both the experience and the food. No cilantro, no sour cream.

I ordered from the Chipotle app and they IMMENSELY failed to prepare my food. I am a vegetarian and ordered sofritas; however, I got barbacoa which is nothing similar to sofritas. It”s beef. I also ordered chips and they didn’t add them. Please hire workers who care to cancel, update, and fulfill orders as needed. There’s no reason for so many 1 star reviews speaking against this issue.

Never been SO disappointed with Chipotle as I am right now! Same dish I get all the time, representative literally provides with with 8 pieces of chicken. Seriously! I asked ‘Are you out? Could you please add a little more? She stated ‘ That would be considered a double portion ‘ Since when? Are you serious? I’ve never been able to count the pieces of chicken. She explains YES! Thats all it comes with.. I almost left my order and possibly should have but I will NOT return to this location. They were out of steak, running out of lettuce, and not concerned about US as customers. CHIPOTLE HAS LOST my business!!!

Walked into this location and my first indication of the area was the employee that appeared to be a manager personally serving a family of four with two children in a bonnet. Stood here and waited 25 minutes while Miss Janet was on her smoke break to find out that there was no Al Pastor chicken almost 25 minutes before closing last time from what appeared to be a manager by how she spoken to everyone else other than customers. Can’t eat beef. They don’t serve turkey. Wasted my time COMPMETELY. Definitely the last time I’ll visit this establishment because anywhere close to an hour to closing employees clearly value going home before the company they work for keeping customers…

I picked up a mobile order and made the mistake of trusting that the employee who made it could read. My finances burrito bowl has extra toppings that he didn’t want in it but it was missing half of the toppings he requested. My burrito was half sour cream. After I unwrapped it to take out the extreme excess of sour cream, the burrito was bland. They must have filled the burrito with sour cream knowing that it was the only topping that had any flavor. The chips were felt and tasted like they were leftover from the previous day.
