Do not order online. They lower portions given to online orders. The bowl on the left was ordered through Grubhub and the one on the right was ordered when I picked up the Grubhub order. Same exact order two completely different portions. Disappointing.

I just wanted to brag on the young man working the drive through window tonight. They had run out of watermelon limeade and he immediately went and got to work making a new batch. It was so sweet and so thoughtful because it would have been easier to just tell me they were out and get me something else. Instead, this fella went and made more!!! I didn’t catch his name, but hopefully he sees this and his manager does as well. Excellent work ethic!!

I arrived at 9:30, and online it says that that the establishment closes at 11pm, but the staff is already in the process of cleaning up. To make matters worse, most of the toppings were depleted, leaving me with a mere fraction of black beans in my burrito. Also, my food was served cold. Despite our clear presence and readiness to order, the teenage employees continued to prioritize cleaning tasks over attending to us. Bad service, bad food, worst Chipotle.

They have given me someone else’s order in the pickup lane twice. The first time, they handed me the wrong bag. The second time, I received my bag with the wrong order. Nothing was offered to resolve the mistake, even after I drove twenty minutes back to the store to receive the correct order.

Before you read this, keep in mind I visited about 30 minutes before closing so that could be the reason for my low quality meal. My bowl was not great. The rice kernels were half cooked, and I got a veggie bowl but there was barely enough grilled veggies. I asked for salsa and they ladled 2 big spoons of the salsas on top, so it’s too spicy to eat… I get it, it’s late, we all wanna go home, but I don’t think service and quality of food should fall short at any time of day. Definitely won’t be coming in this late in the future.

I absolutely loved the food, we left feeling so full. Will admit, it was kinda cold but we entered in the evening when it wasn’t very hot out. The workers were kind, albeit they were low on staff as I could tell from messy tables.

I’ve ordered takeout a few times from this location. The first time, it was okay. Noticed the meat was a little bit salty. I’ve had better from other chipotle locations, this location is just the closest. The next visit, the meat was salty AGAIN. Today, I decided to give this location one more chance as I was craving chipotle and this location is the closest. Well, this was my first time picking up inside at this location and my last. When I went inside, there was water all over the floor, trash and pieces of food all over the floor. The place was just dirty. Yet, there were employees huddled together talking, but no one wiping the tables down or sweeping/mopping the floors. I received my order and walked out, trying to avoid stepping into water on my way out. Came home and saw that my bowl portion as well as my family member’s was small and the bowl was not filled properly with only a few pieces of meat. I will now be traveling further to the Kennesaw location whenever I crave Chipotle. Their location is worth it.

Great service. I was initially worried about the line, but it was nice seeing upper management on the front line helping move things along smoothly. Took no time at all. Food was delicious, and I forget how much you get for the price. Dinner now and lunch tomorrow is always a plus!
