I usually do not do reviews. I was extremely disappointed by Chipotle yesterday. I mainly come here for their Guacamole which is like my favorite place to get it. I kept trying this location but I am consistently disappointed. They skimp you on portions, the dining area is always dirty, the food is sooo over salted, the workers are rude. This time I went I ordered the chicken quesadilla. They never want to give you the 3 sides with the quesadilla- you have to ask or they don’t give it to you. My quesadilla was good but I ordered 3 sides of white rice with it. I think this is the 3rd time I have ordered white rice here that has been so salty I could not eat it. I took a bite from each of the sections, hoping maybe just part of it wasn’t mixed, but it was all wayyy too salty. It literally tasted like I ate a tablespoon of salt, there was so much I couldn’t taste the rice at all. I took it back and they gave me a small bowl of brown rice to compensate. While I appreciated the gesture, the amount of brown rice they gave me to make up for my white rice was probably 1/3 of what I should’ve received.
When I went to sit down to eat in the dining area, everything was nasty. The tables were all dirty, the floors were dirty, the drink/silverware station was dirty and not stocked. I had to clean off my own table. The trash was overflowing to the point where we couldn’t place it in the trash cans. I’m not sure what is going on but it was not a good experience.

Haven’t eaten inside, only been through drive-thru, but the online ordering through the app is easy and great. Food is usually ready when I get there and still hot when I get home. Don’t understand all the bad reviews. Food has always been decent portions and tastes great.

this chipotle location specifically has consistent poor service and food. especially the staff, they all tend to have poor, stank attitudes. today was the worst experience out of all of the bad ones i’ve had because I came in 20 minutes before they closed and everyone looked at me like i had just offed their entire family right in front of them. when i came up to the woman making the burrito, she shook her head and mumbled right at me. i wouldn’t write this if it was only once, twice even three times a bad experience but it’s actually every time i go there. fr i work in customer service too and i know how to pretend to like my job but these folks cannot seem to even pretend to be kind and then act rude to me. food was okay but the highway 92 location is usually better and i need to learn to start going there instead of trying to give this location a chance so maybe it’s my fault lol

Very unsatisfied. My burrito was tiny, half of it wasn’t even filled. This has never happened to me and I order from yall a couple times a week. Whoever made my burrito today DO BETTER.

I consistently get stale chips. Had a friend in town last week. We had Chipotle delivered to my house. I was embarrassed by how horrible his food was, & mine. Normally it’s just the chips. Saturday everything was awful!

I unfortunately did not take a picture of my food. I’m not even the type to write reviews, but this is absolutely disgusting. I live in towne lake and always come here when I get chipotle and it’s always a hit or miss. I’ve never had a terrible experience like yesterday though. I got a burrito with double steak, first off the lady gave me a bs scoop of steak originally so I said I’d pay for another because Lord knows chipotle and their serving sizes. this burrito was 22$ keep that in mind. I then get to my car and start eating it and there’s a curly, black, medium sized hair in my burrito. I’m continuing to eat the steak and theirs fat all over it left and right. It was honestly disgusting and I couldn’t eat it after that. I didn’t have time to go back and get my money back because I had work, but honestly this is disgusting and this location got multiple complaints and low ratings, yall need to do better if you want to continue getting your community’s money.
