It is Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 2:22 PM EST, and I am just now leaving the Chipotle location at 100 Chastain Rd. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service my daughter and I received from Jonathan and Aurelia. They were fantastic!
Their customer service, efficiency, and the quality and timeliness of our order were all exceptional. The manner in which they served us was warm, professional, and truly worth noting. Whoever hired them did an excellent job selecting such amazing candidates for this role.
We’ve had a variety of Chipotle experiences over the years, but this one was absolutely worth writing a review about. Thank you for the great service!

It is 8:01 PM on Sunday, October 5, and my daughter and I are at the Chipotle on Chastain Road. It’s very busy—there are five people behind us and four in front of us.
There’s one gentleman working the main line, meaning he’s taking orders, adding the meat, and dressing the bowls or burritos. There’s a woman handling the cashier position, and another gentleman managing to-go orders. Someone else is cutting meat, and another team member in the back appears to be handling prep work.
At a minimum, having the cashier assist the main line by helping dress the food would make the process much more efficient. Right now, she’s doing her job beautifully, but waiting until the one gentleman completes every step—taking orders, adding meat, and dressing items—before ringing customers up.
The line would move much faster if two people were working the main line, which I’ve seen at other Chipotle locations. Just wanted to share this feedback in case the manager sees it—the staff is doing great, but a small adjustment could really help with flow and efficiency.
Ingredients were fresh out of the kitchen at 3:30pm so not just because it was during rush. Grade A!
