They are asking us to order via app, so annoying . Understaffed. Its a mess and not that clean. Pickup shows early time but they take a more than hour. People are waiting since an hour. they say web order cannot be cancelled and customer care agent says store has to cancel. Go to peach tree corner chipotle. They are clean within a min I picked up the food.

I was in line for 45mins just because of this guy! He was so slow that the line came to a halt. At some point he left his work to just slowly walk around. Also hire more people. Food got cold until it was and half of their cold bar inventory was out.

My family use to come to this Chipotle every Tuesday night. Over time it started to become very dirty inside. The floors were always covered with food, tables were never wiped down so there was food all over them, along with trash (which part of that the customers should toss their trash – But sometimes the trash cans are so full there is no room). It’s quite disgusting. The last time we went into this location I brought our own sanitizing wipes and busted our table and chairs. It’s awful. And it’s not because they are too busy. Standing around does not convince me that they cannot find time to wipe down some tables and take a trash can or two out. I attached some pictures from our latest visit last week. And it will be our last. The trash was absolutely disgusting. Every single table was dirty. And they were pulling metal trays from tables that were dirty and bringing them to check out to put our food on! Zoom in to truely enjoy these photos!

I have had consistently bad service at this establishment and the manager and workers have consistently had issues with providing a good customer experience. On multiple occasions, both with myself and other people, I have witnessed managers spend up to 30 minutes trying to figure out a payment issue that is the stores fault and not just give the person the food and move on. I have come in with a gift card and been told that it doesn’t work in the store and I should just pay or get out. I have waited in lines here up to 30 minutes because the management staff and workers refused to be flexible about an issue and move the line. Half the time my food is cold because of how long the wait is and how long payment takes some customers. Avoid if you don’t have time to wait for mediocre food.

This place is horrible. I usually order from here and this place is just getting worse and worse. There’s no point to order on mobile, it was always delayed at least 10 minutes. When you get there it take another 10 minutes for someone to come to you and ask your order. Sometimes they mess up your order, forgot chips, drinks. The food is horrible too, sometimes the rice is still raw, sometimes it runs out of stuff. I reported numerous times on the app, nothing improved. It was horrible.

Visited this location this evening. Waited for forever. The service was so slow. They kept running out of food on the line. There were about 10 people, many of them just standing around doing nothing. We order our food and spend $34.00 and guess what they didn’t have any chips. Great, a bowl with no chips! I will never visit this location again.

Food would have been good but it sat on the counter for 15 minutes before the final condiments were added and I was checked out. They informed me at checkout they were out of chips. When I questioned how they can run out of chips the clerk said they ran out because of understaffing. My solution and recommendation to Chipotle is pay the staff enough money and having enough employees will not be a problem. Heaven knows the restaurant had enough volume and profits. Our two meals were over $26 without drinks. Chick fil A seems to have enough help. A Mexican restaurant up the street has plenty of help and so do others. It is because they pay people a fair wage. As for us, we will patronize other places that can serve good food hot, and quickly.

Do not order from the app, they will give you the least amount of food possible. Food pickup is slow and the order is wrong half the time. I usually eat here because of the convenience but the place is a mess. Trash is everywhere inside the store. Floors are always sticky.
