First and last time visiting this location! As a frequent visitor of Chipotle, I have never had to wait as the line was being restocked with food. Then after having to wait a staff member who by the way he was dressed was either the manager or the franchise owner, was helping on the line and switching out the old containers holding the food with a new one and as he was doing that dripped water that keeps the containers warm onto my bowl and tried to act like he didn’t see it! This was beyond disgusting and disappointing! The Chipotle I usually frequent I have never had an issue with and especially a sanitation issue. After letting him know I saw it, he reluctantly gave me a new bowl. I do not recommend this location and I will never go back!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. They were definitely understaffed that day. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes while they refill chicken. Tables were not cleaned. No complaint about food and portion though.

I don’t mean to be a Karen but the employees at this location have to do better when it comes to doing their jobs. It’s customer service and they’re dealing with people’s food. I went in on Friday night 01/23/26 and a young lady handled my food after touching trash!!! I had to ask her to change her gloves before proceeding. Honestly I wanted to walk out and leave the plate there after seeing that but I also didn’t want to make a scene. At least she wasn’t rude about the situation. I did feel bad because her co-workers started trolling her after that.

The worst Chipotle location so far! We came around 8pm to pick up our online orders. No one was in the ordering line and they still don’t have our order ready. Mind you we ordered this 25 minutes prior to arriving. Additionally, the food here is so low in quality with stale chips and extremely chewy carne asada. rice was mushy and the counter looked like it’s never been cleaned before. I’ve tried to give this location one too many chances. Never again.

Whenever I go to chipotle, I always thought there is not enough meat in my bowl. To confirm my bias, today I ordered a steak bowl and a beef barbacoa bowl (2 bowls) and decided to put the meats on the side. I even asked the staff if that’s 4 oz of meat and they said yes. The cashier looked like he don’t want to be there and he was talking to another worker for almost a minute while I was in front of the register the whole time.
I weighted them when I got home and if I’m suppose to get 4 oz on each, I’m missing around 33% – 43% of the meat on each. I’m not going back to any chipotle until they get this skimping resolved. This is sad.

I ordered a burrito not a salad babes… I enjoy cilantro as much as the next person, but please, 1:1 cilantro to rice ratios do NOT work!! Please stop putting so much cilantro. Otherwise their steak is sooo good!

This place just misses lately. Slow, dirty, stingy with everything, every table was a mess, trash is overflowing. Pretty much all bad. It has been like this at least the last 5x I’ve been here, not just a one and done occurrence. I have lived in the neighborhood for over a decade and this is my spot. Not any longer. Corporate/ownership needs to be involved at this point, it’s totally unacceptable and unsanitary. Please help.
