Asked for a side a vinaigrette.. this is exactly how it was right out the bag. I saw her put the cup in there while paying, but I couldn’t see how much. She filled my other sides of sauce so I assumed the vinaigrette would be filled the same. How you going to fill up this gut bubbling salsa and not the vinaigrette?! This was going to be my first time trying it, and there’s not even enough for me to really taste it. My last effort with this location. It just keeps getting worse.

I come here at least 4 times a month today I ordered a chicken bowl as usual and the literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken of that. So I tired to call and make a complaint they told me to go to my email and use the chat. The chat brought no results. My boyfriend took it back because I just had surgery on my ankle and I can’t walk. When he arrived the guy just looked and said oh that’s all the chicken you got! No effort of customer service just a number to call corporate THAT DOESN’T WORK!! So not only did I not get any food I don’t even get my money back! This has ruined my experience with them.

I placed an order for my husband and I. My husband pickup the order. We sit down to eat and my burrito was tasting different I looked and it was filled with rice and cilantro, I did not order rice or cilantro. I was giving the wrong burrito. I called the store number which it prompted me to hit a link for the order to be handled. My chat was ended several times. I called back the number where my call was now sent to a call center. The agent rushed me off the phone and stated she provided my account with a free entree and I can order dinner again and go pick it up. What kind of customer service is that, plus it’s a distance.Not to mention I spent extra for queso in my burrito and extra for for double wrap. I hate doing this but hopefully my experience never happens to anyone else. I go in around 8:20 after a long day of work with my toddler to get a chicken bowl and extra meat and 2 tortillas. I was charged $26.50 and the receipt showed two bowls with extra meat on both and my tortillas on the side. My son was getting anxious so I just wanted to go home. I get my son out his car seat once again and go in and tell Christian what was going on and that he double charged me. He proceeded to say it was because I got extra chicken. I got so upset and took my refund receipt of $4.77 which is ONLY the charge of the extra chicken on the bowl I never received. I left fuming because in no way shape or form this is acceptable to overcharge someone and refuse to fix it correctly. I still paid for an extra bowl I never got. NOT OK! I have contacted corporate and sent them all the details bank statement and the only receipt I was given back which was for $4.77 for the extra chicken on a bowl I NEVER GOT!

Chipotle gives you an option to choose how much portion you want on your order and every time when I choose extra they put less than normal portion and i keep being hungry. Can you please train your staff better so they understand what customer wants to eat exactly. Having this issue only at this location.

Walked in at 8pm store closes at 10pm, store was a disaster. Food was every where, they were out of basic white rice. As me and other customers stood there waiting for the rice to be refilled (about 10 mins, the employees just stood there staring at us and laughed and joked about the food being unavailable. At a minimum while they were waiting on another employee to refill the once item that had completely stopped the order line, they could have cleaned the nasty disgusting hot bar in front of them. Instead they stood there and stirred the salsa and laughed.

The service was trash today. I walked up to the register (one person had just walked up to start placing an order at the other end), greeted the person and she rolled her eyes and turned her head. She turned back and in a whisper asked how could she help me. I said I had a pick up order from online and gave my name (my order wasn’t on the shelf). She looked behind her and then asked for my name again. She walked to the food line and checked a bag (mine) and sat it on the counter by the food then walked back to me. That was rude and not customer friendly at all. It’s the simple things that keep a company going and this was uncalled for. One star because she had an attitude and couldn’t take 2 steps to be customer friendly.

Didn’t want to give more than one salad dressing. As if there is a policy I can only have one with my order. But it’s different depending on the worker and that is annoying. I called and they said I just had to ask for them.

Had to wait an extra half hour , paid extra for meat, and only got enough for about half a bite. My burrito seemed like it was made with what they could scrape together. Literally nothing but bit of rice and beans , about half of what I usually get , missing the vegetables and fajitas I ordered. Pulled all the meat out and there was only a tiny pile in the corner.
