Close the store a hour early and put order online in the door but disable the option online so you can’t. All children worked there tonight and lost this company business many cars sat outside ordering and trying to give business and these teens lost that. Very sad to close someone else’s business early as if you worked hard to open the establishment, shame on them!

Tacos: generally good. But they put 3 soft tacos in one section of aluminum foil and rolled it up. When I got home, it was nothing but a mess. Pro tip: wrap each soft taco individually or invest in paper taco dividers. This was a big mess.

I would like to leave a honest review of the chipotle carry out catering for 10 people. We picked the order up on time. Everything was packaged well. Thank you for that . The problem is the amount of chicken and beef we were given. We ordered chicken and beef for 10 people. The amount of meat this Chipotle location gave us was no where near to feed 10 ppl but I paid for 10 people !!!

All I wanted to do was get in contact with some one at the store so that they could add a side cup of sour cream to my DoorDash order, being that they don’t have the option for it online and they don’t allow you to put in notes on the app neither. I seems like the phone number they give you to call the restaurant puts you through Olympic obstacles before they actually let you through to a human person to talk to. I kept trying to get in touch with some one Alive to just simply add sour cream to my order, even it it was extra to do so, but unfortunately I spent 20 minutes trying to get through to an employee, my order was already picked up before I could actually reach any one.

staff was very rude and had no customer service. one lady gave me attitude about being the cleanest chipotle and the floors and chairs were super dirty and one bathroom was out of order. cheese dip tasted like tostitos out of a jar and chips were stale. staff refused to give me some shredded cheese for my side when every chipotle i’ve ever been to has. i eat at chipotle on alps/epps 3-4 times a week and it is phenomenal. VERY disappointed with this location and WILL NOT be back.

Easily the most immature bunch of employees I’ve ever seen. Corporate in California would not be happy at the things I’ve seen and heard. frankly not the food I’ve tasted. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Ive given yall more than enough chances. Do better!

Food is generally very tasty. You have to be mindful of being short changed on the amount of protein you choose… sometimes I have to ask them to add more steak, etc.

I ordered some chicken tacos a burrito and bowl, waited no time at all for my food to be given to me, I’ve been to other establishments and the wait time is always so long, this is why we love coming to this location. Our host today was Camila and she was super friendly, it’s no surprise management here is always very helpful and we have always been greeted with a welcoming attitude, the place is clean, and the drive thru is definitely a big help, especially when I’m in a rush and I have my children with me.
