I have been to this chipotle twice and both times have left dissatisfied the first time I went in the experience was going well until I assume the night manager clocked in ( white woman with a brown ponytail). Immediately she was very rude to the employees that were doing an excellent job. Yesterday I went and the same manager was working. The first problem I had was they didn’t prep enough meat so instead of making more they told the employees to go light on the portions. Which is unacceptable. Especially since I ordered the new high protein side bowls. I also ordered a veggie bowl and I asked for guacamole the employee working gave me half a scoop and it was only on one side of my bowl. So I asked the manager who was standing at the end of the line for more and she was very rude about and didn’t put more on it. This used to be my go to chipotle but after my recent two experiences I will not be going to this one anymore due to poor management.

I have been going to this Chipotle for over 6+ years, and with a high degree of regularity. The service and quality have been consistently fantastic. When issues have occured, staff have been friendly and accommodating every time. I have recommended this location to many friends even when they have another chipotle closer to their house.

Food Portion is disgustingly small for the price. My bowl is no where near full or close to it. It seems like they train employees to shorthand the food here. It’s awful. Chipotle needs to come up with a better strategy. The employees don’t even greet you at the register the first thing they say is “chips or a drink with this” it’s shameful. So I’m spending my 20.00 in a bowl that’s halfway full and not even getting good service. Disgusting!!!!

Up until recently I have had POSITIVE experiences at this Chipotle. I travel about 25 mins one way to this location due to the freshness and service of food. My recent visit did leave me feeling a bit unsatisfied as I ordered a burrito and it was was poorly wrapped. I didn’t see this until I got home. I would hope that this was due to lack of training as I do not want to get sick/ill due to poorly wrapped or sealed food containers or wrappers.

I will return, just ask that a little more attention to detail be applied.

Apparently when you order guac they put the whole avocado in there. Not only did I receive that, but all of my toppings were incorrect. I placed an order via the app for delivery as I’m home with a sick kid and can’t leave. Very disappointed, and this isn’t the first time. Half of the employees look high on something or like they don’t want to be there. Attached is what I ordered vs what I got.

Classic Chipotle. Price for the amount of food you get is somewhat justifiable. Just wish you got a little more because other places I’ve been give more for the same price. Line was smooth and food tasted good. Good customer service. Stomach happy. Good music.

Ordered two separate orders to be picked up. A quesadilla that wasnt a quesadilla or even cut, and a burrito that wasnt even half the size of a normal burrito. Do not order pick up from this location. Also call the customer service number and was told they would replace one of the entrees and the second entree would only get a free drink. When I asked why not replace both was told if you don’t like it you can dispute the charge with my bank. (Third picture is the burrito with one bite taken out.)

I come to this location a lot, maybe too much. Most of the time I get a really good bowl. But tonight (12/22 @ 6:20PM) when I went in and ordered a half chicken half steak bowl, the employee gave me a pretty skimped portion. This alone really isn’t the end of the world, and wouldn’t be review worthy. But as I got to the cold side of the Chipotle line, the worker who made my bowl’s friend came in. He greeted her “guuuuuurllll” Then proceeded to make her the biggest bowl I think I’ve ever seen. I had to ask for more rice 3 times, and got skimped on meat. Meanwhile, her entire bottom of the bowl was full, and he gave her three servings of Carne Asada to the point where the customer was telling him that’s enough. And she didn’t order double!!!

I’m OK if the portions vary from time to time, you’re not gonna get a perfect serving using a spoon and your eyes. But blatant favoritism and skimping just aren’t cool. Really made me want to not come back.

I was at this location today and had a horrible experience. The customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever experience. A black male working on the line was very rude and sassy with me. If you do not like your job QUIT! I had to request fresh rice (because it was only ONE scoop of rice left), I had to request fresh lettuce (as it was literally NO lettuce in the container) and I requested fresh guacamole, because the guacamole in the container had cheese droppings in it (I am vegan and I do not eat cheese). As I am trying to explain to the employee that I do not want the guacamole with the cheese in it. He cuts me off as I am speaking, and says ” Can you not reach over the glass). It’s not what you say, but how you say it. AND I WAS NOT REACHING OVER THE GLASS, I WAS POINTING AT THE FRESH GUAC! First over all, NONE of the employees were wearing a hair net, AND the sassy employee literally looked as if he does not take baths, but he’s concerned about a customer pointing. I TOLD THAT RUDE, SASSY LITTLE BOY TO KEEP THAT BURRITO AND I WALKED OUT! I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER CHIPOTLE EVER IN LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Will not be back to this location and highly recommend you avoid it. Horrible customer service. Every worker behind the glass had an attitude and a sour look on their face. It was obvious no one wanted to be there. When you point at anything to add to your order, you’re told to “not touch the glass, it’s company policy.” Not to mention adding anything to your order is served in the smallest amount possible unless it’s guac. They overload your order with guac to the point where you don’t taste anything else.

Obviously this is a reoccurring problem for this location based off of other reviews. It’s too bad whoever the manager is doesn’t do anything about it. This place would make tons of money because of its location.

I can’t wait to get a generic AI message from the “owner” about how sorry they are about my experience. If that response was genuine, this location wouldn’t be having the same problem month over month!
