4 stars…. strictly for “stale chips”. I will not except one more bag of stale chips. I see everyone get them… and no one takes them back up to the counter. The ones I got at your location were absolutely not good. It literally ruins what should be a great experience at Chipotle. If you Google “Chipotle stale chips” or “are Chipotle chips made in house”… you’ll see there’s all kinds of excuses “why” the chips are not “good” at any given locations. How can a company with such a good reputation, just be “willy nilly” bout the consistency of their chips? It baffles the mind how irresponsible and just plain inconsiderate it is to just “leave it to the individual store, amd most locations, to just serve your chips stale and not good. Consistency is key, and “you’re being consistent with the rest of the stores as well, all of you fir the most part serving bad chips”. My bowl here was great, everything just the way I wanted it too. But the chip thing, you’ve got to do better, please! I speak for all of us out here that want the chips to be good every time, at every location.

When this chipotle opened in our area I was so excited and went so often! At first it was great! However, in the last month once I went in and witness a few younger staff being belittled and talked to in crazy ways by who I assume was the manager on duty at the time. She seemed to be being loud intentionally as if she wanted customers to know she was correcting them. Needed or not it was very unprofessional and frankly just mean how she spoke to them and how public she made it. I went again like 2 weeks later despite being SICK about what I had witnessed the previous time I ate there (it was so uncalled for I ended up taking my food to go because I couldn’t sit there and watch her speak to them like that) and the second time I went I just did pick up. The rice was literally uncooked and hard and the food was cold and it seems like the portions keep going down. I likely won’t be going back.

The service here is poor online orders they don’t care for I came in to get a order and they was noone in the store waiting on food then I waiting like 10 minutes now and another doordash walks in and then 3 people come in to get food they working on the people that’s came through the door after me what about the people paying online they paid before the people that walked in and not people in there will help u at all

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I arrived at around 9:10 PM, and even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, the staff told me they were no longer making food and were already closing. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who expect service during the hours advertised.
On top of that, I was told they don’t make any fresh food after 7 PM, which means customers are served whatever leftovers remain for the rest of the night. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on both the store’s management and Chipotle’s standards.
Please be aware: do not visit this store after 7 PM, as you likely won’t receive fresh food—or any service at all, even if it’s well before closing time.

Came here at 830 they close at 10 had broken down the whole line had no chicken mild salsa corn salsa or veggies. Took forever I get service. It u don’t close for another hour and a half you should be making more food or just close your doors. I will never be back at the morganton location. They suck.

Probably one of the worst quality chipoltes i’ve been too. Food quality, poor, cleanliness horrible. Came in they were out of everything all meat except chicken, beans, salsa, guacamole, the place was filthy. They were even out of napkins, the counter was disgusting, tables dirty, trash overflowing.

Pretty poor service, I’ve been multiple times and I feel like most toppings taste off. Meat occasionally looks dry and looks like jerky. Hickory and Lenoir are most certainly better choices
