Ordered the new Tuesday special $2 one topping personal pan hamburger pizza. Very good just wish they would be more generous with the meat. Always a little skimpy in that department. Do better here and your sales will improve.

Its been a long time since we have been here to eat but Lynn & Kristy wanted Pizza so Pizza Hut it was ! There was only a few there but we were the only dine and everything was great. We had boneless chicken wings parmesam very good and cheesy bread which was fantastic and two pizzas one Pepperoni and the other Pepperoni & sausage and am here to tell you this was better than Sweetwater Tn Pizza Hut and any other They gave Kristy a browniefor her birthday ! We will all be going back. They are going back to there old ways ,salad bar selling beer I do believe the changes will be good. So a big thank you to the Assistant Manager for making us feel welcome and the staff for doing a perfect

If you haven’t tried Pizza Hut in Halls in a while bc of a bad experience before? TRY IT NOW!! New management, and they are AMAZING! The service was like being transported into the 90’s, the food was exactly as advertised and the atmosphere was easy and comfortable. Even when people started coming in to be seated, we were never neglected.

I called and ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. It was $24 for one large pizza to be delivered which is honestly pricey- but who cares. After an hour goes by, I try numerous times to contact the store to see why the ordered had not arrived or at least get an update on the process. No answer. I use the online chat option in which I was then instructed to wait 3 business days before my “case was escalated”. So I consider that a dead end. I decide the only option is to just drive down there myself to get my money back. Of course, I was then told that’s not possible as they can not issue a refund from the store – I have to get a refund with whoever I ordered the pizza from. They explained they do not have delivery drivers and that I would have to take it up with DoorDash. I explained that I called THAT STORE to order over the phone- no door dash- no online order. The employee continues to say he can do nothing. I told him he has two options, give me the missing pizza or give me $24 and he ends up handing me a pizza. I get home only to notice that it’s BURNT. So a total of 2 hours worth of trouble and a burnt pizza , but I’m still going to eat it because I paid for it!!!! Terrible system, ignorant employees, customer service numbers that don’t work or just ring endlessly, chat bots that say it’ll be 3 business days for a response.. all in all a TOTAL joke. I will never eat here or recommend this place.

To Dan Todd. Hall location 037610. I am a little late on this review. We were traveling through here and saw a Pizza Hut that we could sit down and eat at. We have not seen one of these in some time. We turned the car around to go back to hit this place. I am so glad we did. Dan Todd was the person that helped us. It was a great retro to the 80s. Just was missing the Astroids and Pac-Man machines in the corner. I hope more of these back pop up. It felt great to go, sit down and dine. Dan was exceptional. Thank you so much for retro experience. It was a great way to close up our little mini trip. Hope to see you again next time we travel that direction!!!

I ordered in the past and my order got mixed up but the manager Dan Todd made it right. He made it up to me and was very patient and polite. I recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. I was going to order Domino’s but I ended up ordering Pizza Hut because of the great service that they have. Also, when I went in,Trinity helped me and was very kind and polite. I will recommend this location to everyone. Great service, great food and great employees. Thank you again for everything.

Although they stopped the buffet the dining area is clean and comfy. Service was greeted with smile and understanding. (I initially wanted Salad Bar). Make sure you get by to see Dan and his crew.

I love ordering my customized toppings (chicken, pineapple, mushrooms, spinach, jalepenos) thin-crusted pizzas from here whenever I’m too lazy to cook at home or just simply craving for pizzas. They usually bake it within 15-20 minutes or so and they always get my order right (knock on wood, so far). I like to call and order ahead that way save me time from waiting. Also, nowadays all Pizza Hut locations they don’t pass out those packets of cheese or pepper flakes anymore. If you want them, you will have to pay extra for that. I remember I paid a dollar extra for the chili pepper flakes that I always like to sprinkle on my pizzas when I eat them.
