Not a bad Wendy’s though pretty average to be honest. I feel slightly better than standard fast food, but the field has narrowed considerably over the years.

The burgers are akin to ambrosia, and the poultry offerings? A veritable symphony of delectable delight, distinctly standing tall among the titans of the fast-food realm! And lo! Their fries? They undoubtedly occupy a hallowed spot within my esteemed top three fries of all time, a crunchy, golden treasure trove laden with saltiness that dances upon the palate, much to my heart’s delight. Today, the burgers were nothing short of delectable epiphanies! In my customary fashion, I excitedly adorned my culinary works of art with additional chicken nuggets and fries, a daring flourish that elevates the textures and flavors to an unparalleled zenith of satisfaction. In summation, this locale is unquestionably a gastronomic haven worthy of high praise! A recommendation I bestow with the utmost enthusiasm! However, let it be noted, the singular reason I hesitated to bestow upon this divine eatery the coveted five-star accolade was the disconcerting interaction I endured with a particular crew member. Goodness gracious, she exuded a demeanor more frosty than an Arctic winter, lacking in both patience and hospitable congeniality, during a fleeting encounter when I was but an epitome of kindness and tranquility. I will start off by saying I can’t say much for the atmosphere inside but the drive through was fantastic! I have a weird request each time I order and this chicken sandwich has been by far the best one.
The crunchiness of the bread coating and the juiciest of chicken. The flavor was wonderful. My only suggestion would be more pickles because I love them but that’s me. Either way this was a fantastic meal and I appreciate the staff that made my meal. Thank you all so much. I missed the gal at the window but I did catch Bryon’s name tag when he brought me food. Thank you for the much needed meal.
(My order does sometimes cause a disruption in routine. I apologize for any inconvenience but I truly appreciate the above and beyond flavor of my sandwich and wonderful service tonight.) 10/2/2025

Nothing out of the ordinary but nothing too extraordinary either. Pretty basic Wendy’s so if you love Wendy’s you’ll like this place. I particularly enjoy the chicken sandwiches but the fries weren’t amazing even though I saw them make them so I knew they were fresh. The cashier lady was nice and proactive though which was nice.

I was out on a walk with my dog. This air was nice and cool, and just right. But I was a little hungry. I looked off into the distance a little way off. I saw a Wendy’s. It was like an oasis of good food, right when I needed it. The worker at the front desk was super friendly and the service was quick. As I was walking away from Wendy’s, I said to myself, “they take care of you.” It made the morning so much better, having my hunger taken away.

First off they are extremely slow at making a simple order. I got a baconator, chicken sandwich, and some french fries and it took 20 minutes. The way they run the back looks extremely chaotic and ineffective. I got no napkins, no smiles from the employees, and the tables were not very clean. They didn’t say thank you when I got my food. Last time I went to this location there was a hair in one of my sandwichs. Overall this place is a disappointment. At least the bathroom was decently cleaned. That’s the only good thing I could say. Also the food is soggy and my sandwich was made wrong. I’m disappointed. I’m sad that Rexburg North location is gone. They are not handling their business well.

I ordered a Dave’s Double through mobile order and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home and unwrapped it, both patties were completely pink inside—totally undercooked. It was disgusting and made me feel sick just looking at it. Really disappointing quality control.

Honestly this is one of the best Wendy’s I have been to. The fries are always fresh, and the burgers are always juicy. I personally find Wendy’s to be pretty inexpensive when I use the app. I usually order ahead of time and do a mobile order. It is so convenient and I never have to wait more than a minute or two and my food is already ready.
The staff here is y’all’s pretty good to. They are friendly and I haven’t experienced bad service with this restaurant even when they are busy. This has become one of my go to spots in Rexburg because it is so reliable.
