I purchased the chicken bowl. The chicken was barely warm. No more was coming up of the grill. I was told it was cooked at 2pm but it was going on 440 pm. I wasn’t offered any fresh chicken. But did rec’d an apology. Cups were stale. I was given a 2nd bag but it was stale too. I threw it all away. I will not go back.

Food is disgustingly bad. Disappointed with the size. I spent 16 dollars on a burrito that can fit in my hand. Food is really bland. This is a disgrace to real Mexicans (I’m Mexican btw). The tortilla is really hard to chew and swallow, very disappointed i don’t know how these influencers enjoy eating chipotle. 0/10 would never come again.

I ordered the chicken bowl with most of the fixing and the cilantro-lime rice. I was only able to eat half there and had the rest for dinner. I also had the queso dip with chips it was not as seasoned as I’d like, won’t be getting that again however Everything else was fresh and Great!

The experience I had here finally convinced me that Chipotle is beyond redemption for me: I will never give this chain my business again. Not only was the person preparing my bowl dismissive and rude, but my father and I became sick after having consumed some of the bowls; I guess I should be thankful for their stingy portions as I only consumed half of the meager portion before I started feeling unwell. My father later told me he could only stomach a few bites. Their food is way too expensive to be served with an unwelcoming attitude and questionable freshness. This stuff isn’t hard to cook and prepare at home so it’s for the best anyway.

The service was A1 and this is the first time I’ve been to a chipotle and the food was fresh and not over or undercooked. The rice is cooked perfect and that’s always an issue when you go to other chips. I told the guy on the line I wanted extra rice and he didn’t just add a quarter scoop, he added more and I didn’t even have to ask.
