This has been the best Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The service from the front counter lady was just awesome! She was very helpful with my order. I will recommend this location to family and friends.

Went to this location since I live in town and seems like every visit, they skimp on the amount you are given. Most recent ordered a banana split and was given hardly any icecream, like what’s going on, are they going to run out of they give you a decent amount. Very disappointed, might just start driving to toppenish from now on.

Pulled up to the drive through to get some sundae’s for my kids and wife, the young lady at the drive through instantly came out with one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Keep in my mind my kids were in the back seat. Me and my wife did not take it seriously until I asked if she can give me a sec she responded with “have $18.90 ready at the window”. My daughter asked why she was screaming, I wondered the same. I tried getting her attention many times to request one more item, sadly I was completely ignored. Went up to the window to ask her if she was having a bad day and she completely blew off, it did not take long before she completely walked off on us leaving us no option but to leave. Wapato Dairy Queen, you really disappointed my kids.

I’ve never left a review before but this last visit was too much. The person who took my order was less than friendly which I always try to look past because maybe it’s just an off day. But this guy has had the same attitude every time he’s been at the window. Even that I could have looked past but i went there to pick up lunch for my niece who’s at work. The order came out fast which would seem like a good thing but they usually make your food fresh which makes it worth the usual long waits. He served me like I was an inconvenience which is his usual manner. On my drive to her workplace I stole a fry like any good aunt would do and it was totally cold! The kind of cold fry that there’s no saving, when it’s Styrofoam like and hard to swallow. The chicken strips were also cold. I shouldn’t be surprised because if he was treating his job like a hassle why would he care if he handed out old food. The girls who work there seem to care, unfortunate for us we always show up at this guy’s shift. I’ve told family and friends and we’re not going back. Would rather drive to the next town for McDonald’s.

First I ordered chicken strip and misty float. Then she asks me about the meal and then proceeds to give me a drink without the food….then she rings me up for the $7 3 piece meal (what I originally ordered). Then gives me a bag with just chicken strips and forgets the fries when I’m pretty certain the meal comes with them. Not the best service I’ve experienced. Last time I’ll be supporting our local dairy queen 🙂

The minute you step inside the air freshener is overwhelming and not in a good way. I had planned eating in, but after the attack of the scent. I needed to use the restroom, my sinuses could not handle the overwhelming amount of scent. They were kind enough to give me the bathroom code prior to ordering. Once I came out I got some food and left. Unless desperate, will not be going in to this location, just because of the smells.

I seriously don’t know how they are still open I waited at the speaker for what felt like 10 minutes maybe less but all she kept saying was just a minute and then when she took my order she wasn’t even letting me finish what I wanted to say and to top it off my food was wrong and the 2 girls that were there were dancing around and telling or something because you could hear them from outside , just the worst service and food. Better off driving else where .

Worst service anywhere. Not one customer in the restaurant. I waited at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes. No help so I drove to the window to see a huge mess inside and two kids that were clearly untrained and unsupervised. If you want a ice cream treat just drive to Toppenish. It will save you time.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you go to get food at this location, the service is always extremely slow. Employees can not handle more than one order at a time. You will be lucky if they get your order right. The employees would rather stand around and visit while the food is getting cold and eventually get around to the customer. The inside of the restaurant is outdated and filthy. Senior management needs to open their eyes and rethink what they are doing with this location. It is embarrassing.
