. I go into an establishment to go pick up food. I put my pizza bag on the table. I noticed that the female attending the cashier area is on the phone and I noticed another DoorDash driver there so instead of asking me to remove my pizza bag from the counter where I put it she takes it and throws it on another counter, which to me makes no sense. It’s not your item or belonging to touch so what business do you have of touching something that doesn’t belong to you. I didn’t say anything. I let her disrespect my belongings then as I’m having a conversation with the DoorDash driver she tells me to be quiet because she’s on the phone trying to take phone calls and I’m telling her what why don’t you go somewhere else and take your phone call to a more quiet location I’m in the common dinning area ? Imaging if the business was packed with people and kids and it’s loud , are you going to ask the people to be quiet ? What do you mean for me to be quiet but you don’t make no sense little young girl with glasses that works at the counter she looks nice. She seems nice but she’s far from nice just in the five minutes. I was there. I got disrespected twice. I wouldn’t buy any food or come into the establishment. These people need etiquette classes, customer service classes you know one of the main things I realize with these merchants in these restaurants,I did not appreciate the disrespect and I’m pretty sure if you guys wear in my shoes you wouldn’t appreciate it either. There’s 1 million other pizza places out here if I were you guys I’d personally recommend you guys go to Oak craft or Oak crust the best pizza in town. In my opinion they make it right there in front of you fresh dough fresh ingredients and it only takes four minutes to make a pie.thank me later. I visited the location a second time and the same female came out the back room thanking me for the review I left , once again initiating conflict and being negative what is the reason for thanking me about leaving a negative review unless you’re trying to clash with me again and start another issue very unprofessional very disrespectful.

Suppa’s Pizza is a solid choice in Salem. The pizza and cheesy bread were both really good, and the service was friendly from start to finish. I tried the Big Mac pizza and would definitely recommend it, it was unique and surprisingly really well done. Overall, a good spot for a quick, enjoyable meal.

I got the Fat Italian sandwich and it was way more food than I expected for the price. Everything tasted fresh and packed with flavor, and the bread had that perfect crunch. I also tried the fried Oreos crispy outside, soft inside, and honestly just hit the spot. The service was solid and the place had a chill, laid-back vibe. Definitely worth stopping by.

The sign said under new management. I would say the new owners are very I would say the new owners are very optimistic and ambitious. Very kind and attentive. The cleanliness and presentation was exceptional. The only negative was the lack of healthier drinks, all were sugary and caffinated; other than water. There was a strong scent upon arrival that was either a room deodorizer or spray. It lingered and took away from the natural smell of a pizzeria. Plenty of gluten free options. I’d give it an A.

What really stood out was their thoughtful service—despite the rainy weather, they delivered our pizzas curbside, ensuring we stayed dry and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers’ experience.

Customer Service is awesome, very very friendly people. I ordered a large half cheese / half pepperoni pizza and the crust was super delicious. Pizza was tasty. Then also ordered fries and chicken fingers which were also good. Very clean place and great decor.

Couldn’t even eat the taco pizza. Absolutely horrendous. Tasted and smelled like peanuts. Pepperoni and pepper pizza burnt and floppy. The new owners ruined this place. $51 bucks for two pizzas, one I couldn’t eat. What a waste. Never again.

Edit/ previous section was before new management! Simply Awesome just like the old days when the original owners ( Suppas) owned it. I got the Chicken Parm 24” and it was great. Extremely nice people also. This was my previous review before the present people took it over. Was great until recently call at 11 no one answers phones call at 1130 no one answers phones call at 1150 only to find out no delivery food is just as good as when it was Original Suppas but since new ownership service way downhill one night took 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery after being told 45 minutes.
