The absolute worst Chipotle in a 30 mile radius, avoid if possible. Its not so much the food (but the food portion) or atmosphere, it’s the lack of attention to customers (there litterally was only 2 customers in line but still took 5min for the first to be assisted), child size portions of food provided at adult cost, no hot sauce selections or togo cups for the hot sauce that was available (one bottle) & when I asked for a salad dressing I was told it would be an additional $2 … after paying $13 for a chicken bowl & $2.70 for gauc look at the amount provided, never again! Smh

$13 SLOP. This is what my food looked like straight out the bag and they got the order wrong. Twice I put in online orders because the lobby always seems to be closed and taking online orders only and they got it wrong both times.

I ordered online from this location and it was a big disappointment the food was very small proportioned. I ordered two bowls and both of them were missing majority of the ingredients we asked for and then the stuff that we did receive in the bowl was nothing but old food everything was dry and nasty. The meat which were both with chicken had gristle in it, such a waste of time and money I would not recommend this location. I would recommend Concord Parkway.

Worst Service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. June 10, 2023 at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, they tried to give me some old dried out burnt chicken, scraping it off the bottom of the pan. I said I would wait for some fresh chicken. So I waited about 20 minutes. That’s fine. When I went up to the counter to order, the lady proceeded to make about 6 to go orders in front of me. No hi, I’ll be right with you, nothing. When she started on the next to go order, I finally asked when she planned to help me. She was the only person making orders even though there were at least 8 people working. 5 people in line including myself and she finally had to ask someone to come help the 2 gentlemen in front of me since no one was cashing one out or finishing the others order. She got an attitude with me and said she never told me she would make my food when the chicken came out or before the to go orders. I never asked that’s just common sense to help or acknowledge the customer that is standing right in front of you. Needless to say after about a half hour I left with no food.

Just don’t even bother with this location. They’ve been open long enough and yet they’re always out of ingredients, the app won’t tell you, and they won’t call you either to ask if you want a replacement. What Chipotle is out of chips and fajita veggies three hours before closing? The employees aren’t empowered to fix anything either, when I went back to ask why I was missing ingredients and could I have a small cup of something else to replace it, I was told I didn’t “pay for the extra” and they had literally get their manager to give me a tiny cup of sofritas to replace my missing veggies.

I ordered and payed 14 bucks and they were out of half the ingredients and my order was placed 20 minutes before I showed up and they didn’t even know I had ordered at all. Guy rushes to make my bowl, doesn’t have hardly anything and then I open my bowl and only one side has food in it. What the hell…

Chipotle always tends to have bad reviews. I can happily say that I have not (yet) experienced a negative visit to this location. We always order through the app choosing the chipotlane which by the way is a god sent for picking up food. It is always ready on time, tastes fresh and is correct to the order specified.

My family and I ordered food on the app. The portions were small and food looked sloppy. My burrito bowl was more like burrito soup! I guess it was to make sure I didn’t notice the lack of food in the bowl? $100.00 for fast food? Save your money an cook at home.

Ordered catering from them, 10 minutes before we were supposed to pick it up they called and said that they were understaffed and hadn’t started on it. Waited an additional 45 minutes while we had a graduation party going on and 40 people waiting on food. The restaurant closed to all orders while they fixed, so not only did they mess up the catering order they had people showing up to pickup orders that were ready or going to be made. We got it all back to find out we were short on cheese, not a good experience at all!!
