Service was great, the food… not so much. Extremely stale chips, chicken was in tiny shredded bits as opposed to diced, which in my opinion is a tell-tale sign that it’s old product. Portions were generous, but not helpful when the food quality is this bad.

This place has some of the unfriendliest employees that I have dealt with. I go in once or twice a week and always greet them. They never say hello and act like I am inconveniencing them. I don’t expect them to throw a party when I show up but a simple hello or even a smile would go a long way.

I got food poisoning from my meal here. After the first couple bites of my bowl I knew something was off, the steak was terrible. Legit tasted like dog food. Or just really old. I couldn’t finish it. Almost immediately after i knew something was wrong. Not related to but just a bonus- every time i’ve come to this location over the past i’d say 6 months- I haven’t run into ONE nice staff member. Everyone i’ve encountered has had a bad attitude, hardly talked/responded to me, and just being plain rude.

My husband Ordered online for pick up at this location for burrito veggie bowl. Firstly the order wasn’t ready at the pick up time and it was made in-front of him when asked about the order. The server didn’t realize about the order. Then when he asked for a little more serving of rice which usually every chipotle obliges he didn’t pay any heed to him while that same server was obliging to every thing for the next customer behind him. Definitely that is an indifferent behavior and I would definitely take this up further.

This location is the worst. The employees are extremely rude. I recently placed an online order for pick-up, and when I walked in, the cashier ignored me for 5 minutes. Another employee walked by, and I told her I had an online order. She explained they hadn’t made the order due to not having an item, so I told her what I wanted instead. Now, it being an online order that was past due, you would think they would go ahead and make it. I waited another 10 minutes before asking about my order again. The employee was in the process and helping someone who had just walked-in, and when I tried to explain that I had been waiting 10 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready 15 minutes prior, she started complaining about how they had been busy and short staffed. She then made the comment that she would finish my order just to get me out of there in an extremely sharp tone, which is what I wanted to do anyway. After all of that, the food was cold. The entire staff lacks urgency, common decency, and common sense. They make the experience hectic and bothersome. I suggest driving to another location or going to Moe’s.

This location needs helps. I did an online order that was ready at 1pm. When I entered at 1:07pm to pickup they couldn’t find my order and told me to go through the line. When I got to the end of the line, one of the workers laughed and said “oh yeah I remember now, I dropped your ticket and forgot about it” … seriously? After all of this I left with my order at 1:35. Spent over $20 on two veggie bowls with brown guacamole…
