I had read a lot of negative reviews about this Chipotle outlet but decided to give it a try with their new Honey Chicken Rice Bowl and Grilled Chicken Bowl. The food tasted just as good as any other Chipotle, and the staff was helpful and polite. However, I did notice the seating area wasn’t very clean, so I can understand why some customers complain. Overall, a decent experience, but they should definitely work on keeping the seating area tidier.

Seriously SAVE YOUR MONEY by NOT EATING here. We ordered the 3 tacos, and 3 bowls. They are so STINGY with their ingredients especially the meat! A tiny pinch (with tongs) of carnitas was split between 3 tacos. The meat on each taco literally wouldn’t have filled the top of a ritz cracker. I was so shocked I asked to speak with a manager, which I don’t usually do. I will usually be disappointed and not return but this was ridiculous. The young man at the register who looked no order than 18 said he was the manager. He told me 3 tacos should have 4 ounces of meat split between them. I am on a food plan of 4 ounces of meat at each meal so I definitely know what 4 ounces looks like. I told him I was going to weight it when I got home so he added a tiny bit more on the side. I will be going back again just to do a video of the meal and the weights of the product on them so others are aware of how little their money will be getting them and how hungry they may still be after eating here. My husband had to make something else to eat after finishing his 3 tacos. Our kids were given snacks after to fill them.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Chipotle.
On my most recent visit, the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. In the past, service has been inconsistent—sometimes friendly, sometimes not.
Noteworthy was the portion size, which was noticeably small. The very next day, I went to the Chipotle at 204 Crossroads Blvd in Cary, and the difference in portion size was significant.
Hopefully, this location can be more consistent with portions and customer service moving forward.

Went in last night right around 7pm. Every table was dirty we noticed. Got in line, after about 5 solid minutes and the line was not moving, we realized there was no chicken or steak prepared AT ALL. When we got up to order the kid working said there were waiting on someone to cook the food. There were approximately 5 kids standing around, one actually trying to work. We left. The prep area was disgusting the dirty pans one employee carried to the back had to have been atleast 10 deep. This is not acceptable Chipotle, when a simple bowl can total around $15. I noticed the grade on the wall was 96.5, A… had the health dept. visited last night I can guarantee you this would not be the case. Do better, this is Apex, NC where people can afford to go elsewhere.

This Chipotle used to be a good location however the past 4-5 times we’ve gone, they’ve either gotten our order wrong or they’ve just given it to the wrong person. Every worker in there looks like a deer in headlights when they realize they don’t pay enough attention to the orders they hand out. They mislabel the orders and hand out orders to the wrong people, then when they go to remake it, they’re out of multiple items, so instead of getting what you paid for, you get whatever they decide to give you. No refunds, only a free entree for the next time. Ridiculous. I should not have to pay for complete incompetency.

Since last two times I have seen the store is running out of food . Today right now it’s 6:53 pm , since last 20 mins I have been waiting for the black beans to come to the counter . It’s not even that busy. How they run out of fresh food . They told me to wait for 15 mins but I am still waiting . I love Chipotle, but I hate this Chipotle. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten any order completely right at this location, or at least if they do it’s rare. Last time they got the protein wrong on 3 online orders. Today I went in person and they didn’t have white rice. They said 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no white rice. Ended up going to Qdoba. This location has no idea what they’re doing. I’m done. I’ll just go to farther away Chipotles like the one in Park West or off Kildaire where I’ve literally never had an issue.

For sure that was the original packaging. See the picture, looks like someone’s leftover .
I tried contacting the support online, a bot handled it, but it didn’t understand what was going on, requested real person to handle it. The real person told me that he gives me a BOGO coupon. I told him that I don’t need coupon, need refund first, the support said the coupon is the best “compensation” they can give me.
End with I cooked some food for my son.
