Food was so salty to be almost inedible — Particularly the pinto beans and guacamole. My meal was warm and portions were good (bowl filled to the top). The staff were nice to me, contrary to some reviews here. Particularly the man preparing the online orders.

The individuals on the serving line do not speak fluent English as you have to constantly repeat and point to what you’re asking for.
They also do not give correct portions as if it’s coming from their paycheck directly if they “put too much”.
Lastly, I’ve always left dissatisfied after 3 attempts to give them a chance. The most recent being BOTH types of beans being added to my bowl, which I didn’t ask for.

Just like the reviews below. My fault for even going here. I thought my order was at the landmark location. Nope. It was at his place of filth and incompetence. Don’t order, eat, look, anything here.
They do not care unless you speak Spanish. The short older Spanish lady with glasses. Seems to only know the register cant even do that, is the worst. Look at today’s camera feed on how many people who had pick up orders waiting on the side when they were ready the entire time!! Fired this workers.
I don’t blame the youth here they at least trying. But it’s hard with poor managing and lack luster performer from the older staff.
Inside dining area is dirty and smelly.
Short heavy set Spanish guy in the back, maybe a manager movie food and containers around, no gloves.
Don’t worry his location will be shut down in no time was the FDA get ahold of it.

There’s a reason this chipotle is not busy.
Chips are stale but most importantly stingy workers. You ask for an extra portion of meat and the employee picks up 3 pieces of meat as if it’s coming out of her paycheck or something when I’m the one paying almost $5 for an extra portion of chicken. Will not return.

Absolutely ruined my order – Chipotle has lost their minds with this “new” chicken.
I’ve been eating Chipotle for a decade, and their adobo-marinated pollo asado chicken used to be perfect: smoky, lightly spicy, with that signature citrus-chili flavor. Now? It tastes like they’re just dusting the same chicken with whatever leftover carne asada seasoning they have in the back. Straight-up beef rub on chicken. What the hell?
The chicken now has this overwhelming cumin-garlic-black-pepper punch that completely overpowers everything. No more brightness, no more heat from the chipotle peppers in adobo, just aggressive steak seasoning that makes every bite taste like budget tacos al pastor made by someone who’s never had tacos al pastor. The rice, the beans, the salsas—everything clashes now. My bowl tasted like a bad fusion experiment gone wrong.
Fix your chicken, Chipotle. This is embarrassing.

The food here is terrible! What happened?! Everything is oversalted. I couldn’t finish my meal because it was that SALTY to the point it was inedible. Very disappointing. And the chips are always stale, nothing is fresh anymore. Chipotle’s quality has gone downhill tremendously while prices just continue to go up. No wonder their sales and stock are down. They don’t care about the customer.

This location stinks. Went to pickup my order tonight and nobody was servicing online orders so had to wait for the cashier to help along with 5 other people waiting to pickup. I got my order and didn’t notice someone put the salad in the bag upside down and it was leaking everywhere. It made a mess in the car and the entryway of my house. Also got a chicken salad instead of sofritas. Burrito was wrapped terribly. At least they had forks and napkins today. All in all, par for this location.

RAW CHICKEN SERVED TO ME AT THIS CHIPOTLE! I ordered a bowl and asked for vinnegrette and the staff refused to give it to me and then on top of that while eating my bowl I found RAW CHICKEN which is literally still pink with white fat around it. I feel sick and might vomit. A LAWSUIT HAS TO BE COMMENCED!!! And not to forget how rude the employees are! I called and asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund, absolutlely stole my money and played me!

They need to bring in some people that can scoop for goodness sake. This is ridiculous. These young girls that they’ve hired recently give these little scoops and you have to ask them to do it again multiple times to get a normal portion of food. Then to ask people questions in English, return to speaking Spanish, and laugh is unacceptable behavior from someone in the customer service industry. Bring back professionalism too.
