I ordered a Chicken Bowl through the Uber eats app and this is what was given I made the lady aware and she look at me and made me feel as though nothing was wrong and then I spoke with a manager and she brushed me off as if my concerns meant nothing I will no patron this location any more!! I wish I could give below a 1 star(they barely know even filled the bowl halfway) the owner should be ashamed

This location used to be the best Chipotle around, now it has to be the worst. The staff is usually rude, and they never ever have enough food for the entire day. My boyfriend went to pick up dinner last night and they didn’t have any meat prepared at 8:30 pm. They close at 11 pm. Also, they refuse to put the pick up orders on the shelves they have in the dining room. People picking up to go have to go to the cashier because the food is being left behind the register. It takes forever for the cashier to even acknowledge you if you are picking up food, it completely defeats the purpose of to go. Every time I go to this location I’m completely appalled when I leave. Always something different, no utensils, no ice, no napkins. One time they didn’t even have the containers for burritos bowls so they were dumping food in the foil tops, and we left because we honestly felt it was gross and unsanitary.

The employees are frequently rude at this location. For some reason ordering pick up here means waiting 30 minutes in the restaurant while those in the line breeze through. Most recently, I let the girl with the butterfly tattoo know that I was picking up and gave her my name, she didn’t respond and went immediately to making a bowl (I assumed it was mine). I thought it was weird that my food hadn’t been made given I had placed an order for pickup and it was already 20 past pick up time. 10 minutes later no update so I told her colleague I was picking up. He then said “okay they’ll make it now”. 10 minutes later the same thing. Finally ending up standing at the register waiting on an update to be given a bag that had been sitting beside the woman with the tattoo (she obviously knew this was my bag she just couldn’t bother to let me know and hand it to me). Waited 40+ minutes for a bowl I ordered for pickup just to have the order incorrectly made. Not the first experience like this at this location but was definitely the worst.

The staff here is rude, give half servings and when you ask for more they get mad. I did an online order and requested for sides of cheese, sour cream, paid extra for tortillas and bags of chips, upon picking up my order 5 bowls was piled into one bag that was already half ripped, none of my xtra sides that I paid extra for was in the bag and I was told their printer don’t print out the sides so you hand a to go order to a customer without even checking. I got the same service when placing an order in personal, I thought online would give them more time to focus on the request instead of 1 person trying to order 5 bowls and nope, service still sucked, still half filled bowls and a bunch of staff working in a restaurant and no one really on the same page. Everything is all over the place and next to the service the food is dry and just thrown together. If that’s how the food is prepared in front of customers I’m sure proper handling and care when cooking is much of the same. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I absolutely love chipotle! In here at least once a week. The location at Kingstown consistently seems to disappoint. Never have I stopped at this location and it be clean. Every empty table was dirty. The drink area was dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. The floors are dirty. The stuff always seems like they’re trying to catch up. Will try to avoid this location.

I went to this chipotle a few months back, it was an hour before closing but staff were already acting like the place was closed. I was rushed to get my order, I understand where they are coming from so it didn’t bother me much. The problem is that while I was ordering, they were cleaning behind the food counter right behind the glass. One worker handed the other a small bucket of soapy water, and I watched it spill into my food. It wasn’t the whole bucket of water but there were a few splashes in there. I looked at the employee and she immediately was like, “oh thank goodness nothing fell in there” and I told her that I was pretty sure some did. She assured me that it didn’t, insisted on it. And I wasn’t about to argue with her. I paid for my bowl and had to throw it away in the trash outside the restaurant. I could have argued with these people about it, had them make it all over again or just walk out. But this particular employee was already annoyed that I had the nerve to walk in an hour before they closed and was the same one rushing me out. I heard her yell as soon as I walked in, not sure what she said but I know it was because I was in there. So I was not about to annoy this already irritated employee. The staff here truly don’t care and I know they love to argue with customers so I was not about to be on the receiving end of that. I genuinely do not like this location, I truly believe that the staff and management suck. You are better off going somewhere else. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had someone put soapy water in my food, watched it go in and then proceed to tell me that it didn’t happen.

I enjoy Chipotle and the food at this location is just okay, but there have been numerous occasions when I have ordered online for pick-up, received confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up, only to arrive and my order be “missing”. What’s the point in ordering ahead if I just have to wait for my order to be made again once I arrive, and offer no apologies or anything?
