This chipotle consistently disappoints with food and service. The quality of the food is hit or miss, and they are out of menu items constantly. There always seem to be more than 3 people behind the counter but none of them are going to help you until you’ve stood there for a few minutes waiting. Seems like they need a complete overhaul of staff and management. Here’s the bowl i got today lol. It was supposed to have steak beans, etc. it had two large clumps of unshredded cheeze, half a portion of steak, and no beans.

If they’re lazy, you will get sick from eating the food.
It’s 7:30 on a Sunday night and they close at 10:00 pm. They announced that they’re all out of dressing and they’re not making any more. I tried to buy a side of chimichurri but they’re out of that too. The gentleman behind the counter apologized to me with “sorry bruh”. The Berry Agua Fresca is out, their napkins are out, their drink station is sticky, and various tables are dirty. It took me almost ten minutes to get through the line and there were only seven people in front of me when I arrived. What are they all doing that they can’t sweep, wipe down tables, and refill drink station supplies?

This chipotle has been unfortunate for years. They’re always out of something. Most restaurants will run out of items shortly before closing time, which is somewhat understandable. But this chipotle is almost guaranteed to have some item missing at all times, whether you visit at open, close, or at any point in between.
The food is also hit or miss and seems like they don’t always follow whatever recipe they get from chipotle corporate.
For a while it seemed like they only hired kids that absolutely did not gaf. disorderly (bad customer service, serving counter with food everywhere because it’s not regularly wiped down etc). Although, after a recent visit, I think the kid part may have changed but the serving counter was still a mess though.
I’ve been meaning to write this review for years about the countless bad experiences I’ve had here and finally got around to it.
Im not even interested in any compensation from corporate. I genuinely just want to see this Chipotle improve for my own convenience as well as others in the area lol. Most of the time, I just go to the location near Bayview nowadays (even though Canton is the closest to me) just so I don’t have to deal with the nonsense lol.

Horrible Horrible Horrible…never again will I come to this location. I had to purchase a gift card because they were only accepting card and exact change…Thank God that was idea so that I could eat! The manager on duty with long black hair is a coward..she wouldn’t speak to me! I hope Chipotles go out of business soon! What a waste!
Update: My bowl was tasteless…everything had NO FLAVOR! The sour cream was runny..it was horrible..I bit down on some black rocky hard substance. The next day…I took the bowl back and got my money back! I will rather drive 1 hour and half for good Chipotle then drive 8 min for trash! Never again!!!

This location is never consistent or well stocked always out of something , came today and you guys were out of steak and fajitas. Like for this location to be in such a high volume area inventory needs to be on point , especially after waiting in a long line and finding out when it’s your turn to order , certain foods aren’t available . After receiving my food and returning to work to enjoy . The meal was super bland . Guacamole tasted salt less chicken is under seasoned and the rice tastes like water ??!!!

Portion sizing at this location is horrible. Don’t order ahead. Got two burritos that were combined smaller than 1 normal burrito. Contacted customer service and they said they would send a BOGO coupon which they never did. Contacted customer service again and now waiting for them to load the BOGO which they say could take 15 minutes to 2 hours. Not very useful when I’m trying to order diner now.

Do not order online, you will not get what you ordered. You thought you chose your own adventure when you selected your proteins and toppings. SWERVE they will just dump in whatever they feel like 100% of the time. Chipotle Canton chooses your adventure for you.
Do not order in person, you will get apathy 100% of the time. The zombies that work here do not care about cleanliness on the prep line. They do not care about moving your order down the line efficiently or courteously. They do not care about keeping the line stocked. The only thing they never run out of is eye-rolls and sighs that customers keep walking through the door. At least there’s no charge for that.

i come here all the time since it’s close and their food is good, aside from the fact they’re often out of things. however, the service is almost always terrible. today, a worker cursed under his breath watching customers walk in and didn’t greet me, mumbled everything he said, sighed every time i told him what i wanted. majority of the workers are actually quite nice but i always seem to come in when this one employee is working and always have a bad experience with him.

I don’t often leave reviews but I was literally shocked upon coming here. This was my first time at this location and the people that work here are incredibly rude and have a bad attitude. As soon as I got to the counter the guy did not say a word to me, just shrugged and looked at me as if I was wasting his time. The young lady further down the line was not much better. The fact that they were out of so many items would have been forgivable if the staff hadn’t been so disrespectful. The vibe in there was completely negative. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.

This chipotle is the worst. Every time I’ve been there, it’s been lunch hour. They’re always understaffed. You gotta wait for them to cook more rice. They don’t have enough cheese. No queso. The meat is always dry. They don’t have ice they don’t have lids for the cups. It’s never been a decent experience ever.
