This is getting ridiculous. Both of my nibbler meals barely have any fries inside of it. I purchased these items for my children, even though their kids this is not a kids meal both containers look like this. What am I paying for honestly??? The moral at the counter is very poor. This will be the last time eating at this store. The orders keep getting messed up or half way thrown together.

We have only gone through the drive thru. This place is so busy and you will be in line for half an hour no matter what. Sometimes the food is good but it’s usually not worth the struggle of acquiring it when there are so many other good places that are faster and more reliable.

I ordered a veggie spring roll, well I pulled to the side to check my order. We’ll the spring rolls was burnt looking, very greasy to touch and look. So I took them back inside to inform the staff and was told ” That’s how they look”. I stated I’ve ordered them before and they never looked greasy and burnt. I was told, “I’m telling you we can give you another order and they will look the same. The fact that your staff would say. “I’m telling you. Instead of saying we apologize and I would be happy to either refund you or if you would like another order. Poor customer service. Staff need to focus on their customers instead what they did last night!!!

If I could rate service more than 5 stars I would!!! Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. We placed a mobile order and the drive thru line was wrapped when we arrived (not to mention the bus of people they were serving inside). So I knew it would be a wait, which was fine, expected even. They were out of milkshakes and Kaitlyn gave us cookies to make it right! And she walked our food out to us so we wouldn’t have to wait given the inconvenience. I have never experienced a more wholesome exchange at this location! Thanks again!

This Zaxby’s was the best I’ve ever been in. Update with a fresh clean look. Service was wonderful from start to finish, they even brought the food to the table and did a follow to make sure we didn’t need anything else( with a big smile). Keep up the great team work!

We visited Sunday evening for a quick dinner. The drive through was very busy when we arrived but the dining room was nearly empty. When we walked in we immediately noticed the self serve drink dispenser had many signs on it that read “out of order.” The only real issue i have with this is that drinks come with many of the meals and there is no discount/substitution if drinks are not available. We ordered our meals. At that time, since we were dining in and drinks came with every one of our meals, I inquired about the availability of drinks (is it just the self serve machine or are no drinks available) and was told the issue was with carbonated beverages only. We ordered non-carbonated beverages, a sweet tea, and unsweetened tea, and a fruit punch. The worker at the counter warned my daughter that the fruit punch was “watered down” but others were fine. However when the other two of us tasted pur teas, they were also watered down and there was no way of discerning which was unsweet. This could be an issue for diabetics or other medical conditions and is definitely a quality issue. There should be some compensation or other way to make up for when drinks are not available since I have to pay for them one way or another. In the very least the workers should be more forthcoming about the quality and availability of the drinks prior to ordering and paying, especially if the issue is as wide-spread as all the carbonated drink and weak non-carbonated drinks. If the issue is water shortage, that is even more alarming at a food establishment.

Line has become drastically longer.. Inside or outside I’ve waited almost an hr both times for my significant others food. I do appreciate that it’s fresh, I just think maybe more could be dropped if their aware they have a very long line. The two lanes has only helped how much it’s wrapped around but doesn’t actually change how quickly things happen. I can understand up to 15-20 mins but 45+ is a lot to wait in line. Prices are a little pricey for certain things as well.
