I’m a big Chipotle fan but this location helped me understand why it’s sitting at 3.1 stars. My chicken bowl was noticeably under-portioned. See photo. It looks like someone ate half before it reached me. At this point, do I need to record the scooping process to get a full serving?
Service didn’t help the experience either. No greeting, no conversation, no thank you from the guy server or gal working the register. Strong customer service usually starts at the top, so let’s hope management can step up here. Chipotle, you can do better.

Dined here on 11/15. Not reviewing the menu as it is on par with other Chipotle branches. What I will point out is the lack of maintaining the cleanliness of this restaurant by the personnel on duty that night (an hour before its closing). I counted about eight staff who are on duty, they’re chatting when there’s no customer to attend to and yet the trash has piled up on the available two trash bins. Walked in at 7pm on a Friday night. Store was modestly busy but most tables were empty and filthy. Soda station was a disaster with trash on top, almost no small cup lids or napkins. Juice dispenser almost empty. When my wife asked if someone could wipe down a table, an employee immediately got a fresh rag but then stopped to ask permission to come out from behind the counter telling us they were on “lockdown” and not supposed to come out to clean anything

This chipotle is the single worst location of the entire franchise. Not only are the portion sizes something to laugh at (much smaller than any other location), their service is abysmal. The workers all present an attitude of self wallowing that rubs off onto you and your food. I can’t remember a single time I’ve walked into this chipotle and seen a smile on a workers face.
Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I was told that I can’t order my burrito the way I’ve ordered it dozens of times from this and many other locations. Absolutely insane. Management seems to be doing nothing about the fact that this chipotle is so unpleasant and depressing.
If you want my advice, there’s a Chipotle right down the road on 620 West Dekalb Pike (right next to the KoP mall), it’s worth the extra 5 minutes to drive there and have a good experience, their food is always hotter, fresher, better portioned, and served with dignity.

This location is noticeably and consistently worse than any chipotle I have visited. This place is often out of ingredients. Bowls are frequently under portioned (especially with mobile orders). One time i received gauc in a container that was half filled and had a whole avocado pit in it. Employees are generally very nice, just everything else is awful (ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO OTHER LOCATIONS) No other location is having trouble keeping multiple food items on hand and ready. Small lapses can be expected, but having no white rice and only barbacoa and carnitas with no other meats is WILD. There have been problems at this location that I keep expecting to get solved……but then i go back and its the same.

This location just cannot for the life of them get an online order correct. It’s usually things like a missing bag of chips, a missing side order of guacamole, but today tops them all. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra carne asada, so it certainly was expensive enough… I get home, and there’s zero meat in there. They totally forgot it. Complete lack of quality control. Unless you want to open your take-out order in the store before you leave with it, I suggest never using these guys for an online order. I know I’m done with that.

Laziest workers I’ve ever witnessed. For example, we pull up at 9:45, and right when we get to the door this extremely disrespectful young lady RUNS up to the door and locks it. I will not go to this terrible chipoltle ever again and I advise everyone to do the same.

The food portion is less than half of what you got a years ago. They should order smaller bowls to make this look less obvious. You see this point on other recent reviews too.

Went in at 7:15. No white rice — I asked if they had any and the guy just nodded no. No veggies — I asked if they had any and he just nodded no. No cheese — I asked if they had any and he just nodded no.
When it was time to pay, he left the bowl at the register with no words exchanged. About five minutes later, someone came from the back and asked him why he didn’t ring me up, and he answered, “I don’t know how.” They went back and forth about who would ring me up. I asked what time they closed and they said 10 pm. This was at 7:15 pm.

Best Chipotle location I’ve been. It’s clean, people working there are friendly and they clearly care about customer experience. Well done and keep up the great work. Vastly better than the one in Devon/Wayne.
