Food is no where near Chipotles quality standard, queso looks as if it’s been sitting for days. Employees seem like they don’t want to be there. Newer Chipotle location but is already showing signs of bad management. Would steer away and patronize Pancheros across the street if you don’t want to travel up the interstate to a better location.

First time there, and I believe the workers may have been there for the first time as well. If you have questions, be prepared to answer them yourself. Using cash is also an issue, but that is becoming an unfortunate standard everywhere. As far as food, excellent. I recommend the barbacoa.

This staff is ridiculously unfriendly. I don’t understand how you can have people come in and wait in line and have your staff refuse to take their order. There was at least 5 people who looked at my fiancé and I and refused to help. When the one guy who was making everyone else’s online orders told one of the girls working to help us, she caught an attitude. There is obviously no standard for customer service at this store. It is beyond disrespectful and the entire staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible. Picking up for door dash and waited for over 20 minutes. The little staff that they have is busy filling up drinks and washing dishes rather than preparing orders. It took forever for someone to acknowledge my presence and when it did happen I had to initiate contact. This poor guy by me just wants to buy a gift card and no one has acknowledged him either. Glad I’m just door dashing because I would never come here to eat unless I had a free day to do nothing.
