Used catering service for a work party and was pleased with the result. Had to wait a couple minutes for them to finalize everything but then the food was very well packed, delicious, and fed the team well. No complaints with the online ordering or payment of the food. I would use the catering service again.

Lines move at good pace however depending on who’s serving you get either half size bowls of food or good full size. Very little rice and meat is always served and at times dried out meat, barbacoa and beans mostly. They should refill the containers before that happens. The food tastes good and servers are nice. I wish the servings were regular full size all the time for the , maybe then people would tip more often.

7/26/23 around 4pm. I ordered ahead and when I got there my burrito was just the filling thrown in a bowl no shell. Register guy told Josh to fix order and he basically blew him/ me off. Another person ended up making it. The gentleman at the register gave me a free drink to make up for it. He has great customer service skills. Josh not so much. I explained that this is the 2nd time I ordered a burrito and it was in a bowl with no shell in site and I drive to far away to come back.

We came on a Sunday evening and there was a pretty long line. But it moved fast. The waiters were very nice. We ate outside because all the tables were dirty. No complaints otherwise and the food was really good.

We were met with the rudest customer service. They were out of white rice, black beans, guacamole, etc. This is fine, however, when we asked for these items for our vegetarian burritos, we were yelled “WE DON’T HAVE ANY. THE SHIFT DIDN’T COME IN”. The woman pretty much threw every item onto our burritos (half of which missed the tortilla and was thrown on the counter) and barely rolled them. The cashier was friendly and seemed embarrassed by the female employee/manager’s (?) actions. There was exactly one person in the line behind us and no orders on the TOGO screen, so not really sure what her rush was. Needless to say, won’t be stopping at that location ever again.

I have very mixed reviews on this place and I’ve come to the conclusion it all depends who’s working at the time. What I’m eluding to is their serving size as their burrito bowls are either overflowing or 3/4 full. Not sure why it varies so much. Also the tables are rarely clean. Attention to a few of these things and it definitely has the potential for a 5-star review as the place is new and the workers are usually friendly.

First of all, LOVE Chipotle and its mission statement. Food is great, people are friendly, no qualms whatsoever there. The issue it would seem is this location specifically. Order inaccuracies for pick-up, foreign items in food (part of a plastic bag), as well as consistently being understaffed and late on orders placed online, somebody needs to save this branch. It has incredible potential but needs a strong change in direction.
