I recently visited this Chipotle location for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. There was no one behind me in line, but the service felt incredibly rushed. The employee seemed more focused on getting me through the line quickly than actually making sure I was getting what I wanted.
The portion size was a huge letdown. I’ve been to other Chipotle locations (like the Shamokin Dam location), and they always serve generous portions, but here, the portions were tiny—more suited for a toddler than an adult. I even offered to pay for extra food, but the staff didn’t seem to care. It felt like they were intentionally rushing to give as little as possible, hoping I wouldn’t notice.
The food itself was average, and given the small portion, I felt like I was paying way too much for what I got. Overall, this was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to this location.
If you’re thinking of visiting, I’d suggest slowing down, paying more attention to portion sizes, and treating customers with a little more care. Definitely not the quality of service I expect from Chipotle.

I was at a the Lewisburg Chipotle one time before and had a normal experience but just visited there but this time I took my wife and son for there first time. When I went to pay with chime the girl at the register said my payment didn’t go through so I was charged again but I got a notification instantly that I was charged for a double the value. I didn’t catch it my wife did so I asked why and she went and got the women manager and she insisted I would be refunded for half, so I said how if you don’t process it. She said that’s how the system works. Me and my wife said different well she got very rude as the line started to get bigger along side of us. I wasn’t walking away untill it was handled. The woman ripped the receipt out of my and rudely mumbled something under her breath. I even emailed Chipotle with this and do you think something would be done? NO!!! I was responded with can you email receipts so I did, they responded with we will get back to you. I waited a week or two and no response so I emailed them back with no response. I will never go to that establishment again because she paid me and my family feel very small insisting we where wrong and all’s I wanted was to be refunded what I was owed.

Food is good but service can be mediocre at times. Atmosphere could be better if they kept things cleaner more often and if the walls didnt look like the plywood and as if the place was constantly under construction. Bad design/atmosphere but most important food is good!

I ordered on UberEats and Chipotle made the entirely wrong order for the items they delivered and didn’t even bother making the other half. The entire order was written out for them, they just had to follow instructions.

Exactly what they market themselves to be. The food is good for what it is, though I will admit it’s almost always cold, whether I get it delivered or pick it up. Atmosphere is fine…plenty of seating, however it seems like most people at this location order pickup or delivery, so the seats and tables are usually vacant. Likewise, the downside of the space itself is that its layout is more conducive to pick-ups; the seating area takes up most of the space and it can get chaotic in there when picking up an order if theres more than like 5 people waiting, as there’s very little room to stand in line!
Overall I do recommend this place though:-)

Just unprofessional. 25 minutes late. Asked staff. Told me they didnt have Chicken. I said they should have told me. Mangers responded not her problem. Also she was on the phone with the GM as she said. Went into the bathroom with phone and gloves on. Came out with gloves and still on the phone. Proceeded to make people’s food. Took my food threw it away. Food inspector was called.

ERICA H. one of the “service” managers should absolutely not be customer facing let alone in leadership. She is a sarcastic, condescending, non-empathetic robotic individual. She unbelievably yelled at my wife and I over a mistake that the cafe made. Not a huge mistake at all. We were very calm and she continued to escalate and speak to us horribly. The best part was, she berated us in front of everyone and said she doesn’t “just give away and waste food.” Literally as she is yelling this she grabs an entire cup with a side in it and violently throws it in the garbage can. The other employee accidentally put too much in a cup, again not a big deal. We didn’t even notice it until she started yelling at us out of nowhere, like we did it ourselves. She is uneducated on the companies policy’s and should be severely reprimanded on how she treats loyal customers. We will never return to this location for as long as she is an employee there. Sadly, nothing will happen from this. She will continue to treat customers horribly and the company will turn a blind eye due to constant staffing issues at this location

I ordered a rice bowl with steak and the rice was undercooked, and hard. The steak was with a disproportionate amount of rice. The attitude of the employee was not very friendly, especially when I made a mistake and told her the wrong type of steak I wanted.

Got food poisoning from their steak. My entire order was incorrect. Reviews seem to corroborate this. Management should be ashamed and everyone should be fired. This is unacceptable.

I got a mobile order from here and both burrito bowls were missing toppings and queso. The portions were also extremely small. Tried to dispute it through the app but the person I was talking to disconnected from me.
