Got a bowl with white rice (rice is hard) probably not cooked well.
Run out of pick the gayo or tomatoes.
Half of the tables are not cleaned or cleaned with who knows what.
Soda machine both coke sides almost not working. No napkins, trash overflowing, windows could use some cleaning. I wonder what the back or fridge looks like.
What a change last time it was a tattooed girl making 100 orders a minute and a line almost out the door. (6months ago or less)
Not coming back here
Received the saddest excuse of an order. Cheese chicken rice, bowl is about 2/5th full. Wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from here. How disappointing.
This Chipotle location will be the reminder that it is, in fact, not what it used to be. The rice no longer tastes like cilantro, it is overcooked and packed into the bowl like mush. They will not have fajitas. The meat quality has gone down. The entire meal is flavorless in a way that feels concerning. They will forget to put your guac in the bag, and give you the wrong drink if you order pickup. You will find yourself paying $30 for this experience and mourning the days when a bowl was $6.25 and tasted like food. The days when the world was bad in a way that we didn’t realize it could get worse, and the food was good enough to ignore the e. coli outbreaks in the news. Those days have passed.
For starters, I got there right at opening, only for them to say it’d be another 20 minutes before they could start serving. After that wait, I came up to the counter and found that most of the options weren’t available yet, including about half of the protein options and almost all of the toppings. All there was in that department was queso blanco, some corn, pico de gallo, and a sad, half-filled container of guacamole.
End result: I got a chicken burrito with brown rice, pico de gallo, and corn. The taste was OK, I suppose, but it fell apart like nobody’s business and was pretty dry on top of that. I had to use a fork (no spoons or knives, BTW) for all the stuff that fell out (there really was that much). I would’ve gotten chips, too, but the manager said something about the fryer being down, so there were no chips today, PERIOD – yet those options were still up on the menu.
As I took my order out to the dining room, I started noticing thing after thing that just screamed “we’re not actually ready yet”: Both Coke dispensers only outputting mostly uncolored seltzer water, the ice dispenser being completely empty, all 4 juices being in various states of being filled (but not all the way up), and only forks present for silverware. Not to mention, the garbage had obviously not been taken out, the floor was unswept, and the tables weren’t even properly cleaned! Plus, they were playing music on the speakers really loud, pretending like this place is the Hard Rock Café when it’s anything but in almost every aspect except for maybe the price.
Honest opinion? Either they need to have the workers start getting the place ready earlier, or they need to open up anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes later – or both, honestly. Just seeing so much stuff not be ready for opening, but the place still hobbling on one leg, trying to operate anyway, has made me lose my trust in this Chipotle. It’s safe to say I probably won’t come back here, especially considering I left disappointed and a little disgruntled.
I thought the food was ok, the meat in mine didn’t seem that fresh. My parents have said (again, if this is the one), this location hasn’t been great compared to the one they typically go to in Minnesota. For me, since I haven’t been to any Chipotles in at least 14 months and probably only once since pre-pandemic, it was Chipotle.
Still one of my favorites in the US (Mn, Il, Pa).
I had to try the brisket, as it was my first time with the opportunity. It tasted alright. I probably prefer the steak.
Getting a bowl & requesting a tortilla still is my preference. I didn’t really look at the menu. Looking it up, prices have definitely gone up over the years.
