I had a fantastic experience during my first trip to insomnia cookies. I had heard how delicious the cookies were and decided to taste as many appetizing treats as possible. I picked every name that appealed to me. (Try whatever is the seasonal flavors) The customer service there was warm and inviting also. Thank you to the crew! They gave me plenty of time to pick (and change my mind) from as many flavors as I wanted to. I WILL be an insomniac whenever I’m in the area!!!

Very nice employees, professional manners, clean store. MARY IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! SO PRETTY, she’s amazing along with the staff. ( maybe one of the employees should dress more appropriately infront of customers, very unprofessional. Although, great experience!
