I am writing to express my significant disappointment with my dining experience at your establishment on 3/1/25 at approximately 4:05 PM.
My concerns pertain to both the service and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Specifically, I observed a lack of attention to cleanliness, including food debris scattered on the floors and, concerningly, near the cutlery and even at the checkout counter.
I believe that a clean environment is fundamental to a positive dining experience and is directly related to food safety. The conditions I observed were unacceptable and fell short of the standards I expect.
I would appreciate it if you would address these issues promptly to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future patrons.

I agree with all the reviewers that this Chipotle is awful. The last time I went was the final straw. Employees working the line were fooling around holding it up when I was the only one there. Thankfully they gave me a good amount of rice but all the other fillings were portioned small. I guess I should be fortunate to get five strips of carne asada. They also charge for water? What the heck? Trash everywhere, trash overflowing. I will not be coming back.

Also, to preempt a stock corporate response- I will not be reaching out on another website. You have my review here to ignore. If you want me to come back, fix these huge problems everyone is complaining about.

Despite the negative reviews my friend and I decided to go because we were hungry. While it was definitely dirtier than your average chipotle, like I would have felt bad sitting down, the servings were generous and the food was good. It was adequate.

Went to pick up food today my 1st time and honestly the chicken was so spicy i could not even eat it. I get that its chipotle but you should have some chicken that isnt horribly spicy for people who like a bowl with not an overbearing amount of spice.

I usually don’t review, but I had to this time. I placed a mobile order for which I paid $11.00. I picked up my order and decided to check it out because it felt like the employee was handing me a empty paper bag.

Inside was the skimpiest portion I have ever seen mobile ordering; upon complaining to the employee, she stated, “She’s just doing her job, that’s the portion” and if you “want more, you have to pay for it.” But uhhh… I already paid $11.00 for a normal-sized portion, which clearly doesn’t even fit the entire bottom of the bowl. Honestly, can’t blame her because this place is mismanaged anyway.

Won’t be going back.

Shout out to the young blonde lady making the food at 5:30pm 9/22. I didn’t grab her name but she remade my order after it was done incorrectly at the pick up station. The cashier and the person making the pre orders (like mine) told me to wait in line to remake my order. While having two bowls with the lids unfolded, (because I had to show they were incorrect) and my cell phone in the other had with the order details , I dropped a bowl on the floor. On my way out I saw the manger unhappy that she remade my order. But she doesn’t deserve any backlash for being put in a position to do that in the first place. She is the only reason I’d come back to this location. Thank you to her and please praise her for quality customer service.

Thanks for my Lola Bowl that I paid $20 for and is missing more than half the things that should be in it. This looks like something I’d feed to a dog and that’s even being nice. SMH.

Horrible horrible food. Unbelievable salty. I can chew the salt in the rice. This restaurant is always lack of staff and hygiene. Two restrooms always down. No light no trash. It just a shame of chipotle. Never again in this restaurant.

I ordered a salad bowl and this is what I got? Firstly where is the lettuce? Secondly what am I paying $13.00 for? A bowl of cheese and chicken that’s barely full? My friends and I came at 8:40 and order $63 worth of food for it to be skimpy. y’all close at 10:00. They were out of sour cream which they told us but never said anything about lettuce, DONT sell salad bowls if you’re out of lettuce.

Walked in tonight about 902pm, 10/16, was at the counter for about 4 minutes no one acknowledged me, the girl working in the front walked away without saying anything. I decided to leave, then someone says we will be right with you. I said no thanks, there were not many products left on the line, all empty. Garbage overflowing, place is poorly run, will not return here again. Customer service is non existent, you should take a look at the management team running this place, it’s very poorly run.
