Ordered a veggie burrito and this is what I got. A burrito swimming in sour cream that oozed out everywhere because even when I paid for it to be double wrapped (it was) who ever attempted to wrap a pretty standard burrito couldn’t do it. True incompetence to think this is ok to serve someone. Oh they also some how forgot the Guac in a veggie burrito. It actually tasted awful as well. Had half and threw the rest out. What a waste.

We just picked up our to-go order and my husband almost choked on a sticker in the guacamole. There’s no way to get a hold of a manager at the restaurant. This is absolutely disgusting and appalling. And what else is in the food that we can’t see ? Disgusting!

Normally our family loves chipotle and usually don’t have an issue with their meat portions. Not sure what changed or if it’s just location but my last order today was unbelievably skimpy on the meat!!! I got barbacoa tacos and there was maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat in each taco. The double meat chicken bowl was barely a regular serving of meat! Disappointing to say the least. Do not recommend this location.

We have had small issues over the years of them being open but lately it has been unacceptable. My last order had so much sour cream on it you could have considered it a soup. I got comped a meal because of this. We then ordered again tonight with our free meal. Still had to pay money for other items, pick up our order and it was completely wrong. Our orders were typed out correctly on our tips- my husband’s literally said burrito on it and we were given a bowl. My order was correct on the top then to open it and it not have one single ingredient that I ordered in it. We then complain again and get one free meal again. So at this point we have paid two times and they have been horrible. To then just get comped one more meal. Terrible when we have had 3 horrible meals at this point. Giving this place a break for a while as they clearly don’t know what they are doing.

I got to tell ya, I was worried. I read all about how terrible the service was, the dirty restaurant, and the poor proportions. So I prepared for the worst, but instead what I got was quick and friendly service, a deliciously large meal, and a pretty clean overall experience.
I came in around 4:00PM to find the place totally empty, but the staff was attentive and ready. Put in an order for a burrito and chips with queso. The burrito came out pretty big, stuffed with brown rice, chicken, pinto beans, queso, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. I was half expecting to need and request double meat given the other reviews I have read, but that was most certainly not the case here.
Back home my suspicious about how big the burrito was were proven, reminding me of the old Bomber’s burritos one could find in Schenectady. And the taste was perfection, cheesy, meaty, and a consistency that was both soft to bite into but not a mess to bite off. Full marks.
Now the bag of chips, when I opened them, looked pretty disappointing. I’ve seen Lays chip bags that were more full, but the thing I did not account for was that the chips are small and so you get more chips but with far less square footage. This means you’ll be dipping into the queso less often per chip, so the number of chips match pretty well with the cup of queso they sell. Speaking of which, the queso is very different from what you might normally expect. It is less cheesy and sharp, and more creamy and milky. Likely the “white” part of the queso bit is the difference, but it still has a good spiciness to it.
Overall I was expecting far less then I got, and what I got was delicious.

I go to this Chipotle often and always have great service and a generous portion in the Bowl-I waited a few minutes while 3 female workers were busy talking to each other (they knew Iwas standing there!)—one broke away to serve me and could barely say hello- very stingy on the portion and then immediately went back to her little girl group, to carry on their discussion! I own a business in Glenville and am very aware of how to treat customers——-she could have cared less!!!!

Over promise and under deliver. I was promised my meal at 1240. I arrived and waited and waited some more while other customers entered and completed orders. I spoke with staff and there was no apology or even basic courtesy. This was a VERY different experience from other Chipotles I have been to.

Done with this location after the fourth time in a row of pretty much lukewarm or cold food It should not be cold from the time I cash out at the register and sit to eat inside. overcooked peppers that have a nasty char on them. And I pretty much go during lunchtime every time I wish there was some consistency and quality control with Chipotle it definitely varies from location to location..

Ordered my meal through online for delivery. It was missing an order of queso, a side tortilla, and utensils. It also came with the kids quesadilla cold, not even cooked. The guacamole also had multiple pieces of avocado peel and TWO avocado knobs in it. Very disappointing and unacceptable, I will not be ordering from this location again.
We already tried contacting Chipotle before posting this review and they said there was nothing they could do since we ordered the food through third party app delivery service.
