This place has that warm small town BBQ charm. The moment you pull up you are greeted with a nice rustic look and amazing smells of comfort food cooking! The chicken fried steaks are big normally but if you get the large make sure to expect a large oval plate sized steak! The food is amazing and I can’t wait to go back to try more off the menu!

Went on two occasions before leaving a review. Last weekend the breakfast was delicious, bacon was good, eggs were real, biscuit was on point. We also got the chicken and waffles, interestingly they put bacon in the waffle batter, that was really good. Today we went again and my wife really liked her breakfast. I got the ribeye steak sandwich, the sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend this place, the portions are big the food has been fresh and tasty. Definitely better than big chain restaurants.

Live oak wasn’t introduced to me until I worked only 5 mins away from it 10 years ago. I was so surprised that such a neat spot was under my nose the entire time! The food is great and I never had a complaint during the time I was near them when I was at that job.

Stopped by Live Oak Grill after church this morning and it didn’t disappoint. The food tastes fresh and homemade. My husband and son ordered the chicken fried steak with fries, Mac and cheese and a biscuit and I ordered grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I am very picky about my chicken, LOG’s chicken was cooked to perfection, it had great flavor, was juicy and tender. Sooo, delicious! We will definitely be returning more often.

This was our first time here! My daughter picked a place at random for lunch, and this was the lucky winner today. This place did not disappoint. It is a cute, quaint little place with unique decorations inside and out. This place even has a dog friendly patio. (No dogs were present while we were here). We are glad to have gotten here and ordered when we did because this place got busy and full quick!!! My daughter got the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans and I got a pulled pork sandwich. We added curly fries and onion rings to our order. The food did not disappoint! Everything tasted so good! Glad she chose this place today. We will be back!

We went and tried Live Oak Grill for breakfast the other morning and I have to say the atmosphere was buzzing , the staff was nice, and overall the food was excellent. But had to give them a four because the cheese grits were not good tasted weird.. Awesome little rustic restaurant that makes you feel like you’re in the countryside in Texas. This is the type of restaurant you think about while in Texas somewhere you get good food and have a couple of drinks too. The food is amazing and the burgers are huge!!. You can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. The chicken nachos were amazing and you must get there beans. Easily the best beans I’ve ever had and that saying something because I’ve been eating beans all my life.

In town on business and found this place on my first night. I have not had anything that was not steaming hot. Every dish I ordered was great & turnout time from order time has not been longer than 10 minutes & they have been packed EVERY time I came. The Reubin burger has been my favorite dish! They have great outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. The atmosphere is pleasing & relaxing.
