Worst Chipotle i ever tried. The steak was burnt but somehow undercooked. The burrito bowl was 1/3 full, the burrito was mostly wrap and tacos just 1/2. One star is for the chicken quesadilla.

If I need a quick meal option on the go Chipotle is my first choice. I like the fresh ingredients and “build your own” concept. This location seems to have the ordering process and check out amiss. There is usually one person who has a clue and the rest do not. Eventually it works out, but it’s never seamless. I’ve been to many other locations that have the system like clockwork… this location is not even busy.

Poor sanitation. The tables, kitchen counters, and drink fountains are usually very dirty. Several people I know who regularly come to this location from nearby have gotten food poisoning after eating here. I believe this has a lot more to do with Chipotle’s restaurant culture in general but even specifically at this location it matters. Staff need to be more concerned with making sure food is being cleaned off the counter especially when food is going to be touching the surface. Other than cleanliness issues the food is usually good and I haven’t had issues with the portion sizes since I’d order bowls whenever I came around.

Dirty. Every time. Nobody cleans up tables, floor, bathrooms. Service is slow. Food is usually pretty good, that’s why we come, but sometimes they are a little stingey with the meat. The recycling containers are just depressing. Every receptacle full of a mix of trash and reclable material. Maybe if they ever emptied them, and put up better signage, people might actually put things where they go.

Something’s wrong with all the Chipotle location…their condiments tables (sauces, utensils, containers) are always a mess and dirty. Patrons need to keep these areas clean for the next person and not assume the staff will clean up after their mess.

Ordered online for pickup multiple times. Food is never ready even 20 mins after showing up past my pick up time.. Last time I ordered and the food wasn’t ready they said someone came in and took my order. Had to wait 30 min for them to check the security tapes in order to get my food. Horrible service

This is literally the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come here, they never fail to disappoint me. Their counter where they prepare/serve the food is ALWAYS disgusting, not to mention that the workers have a habit of a sliding burrito on the surface with the food residue. It’s as if they’re always too lazy to clean it up, causing more and more food residue to just pile up. They also have a habit of touching money with their gloves still on touching the register with their gloves on, while still using those same gloves to pick up your food (I.e lettuce, burrito wraps). On top of that, this location ALWAYS is running out of items, specifically guac, even if you come early in the day or mid afternoon, or a little later. It doesn’t matter what time, this location is always running out of food and it’s like a Russian roulette that they have any items available, let alone that this location is even open because they also have a habit of closing early unexpectedly, or not being open at all. There’s a lot of violations that needs to be addressed, and I don’t understand how the town of Mount Kisco is letting this still happen.

This place has gone downhill to an unacceptable level. I spent $30 on my order today and asked and paid for double meat. What do they give me? Barely any at all, not even enough to be considered a normal serving. This isn’t the first time! It’s just the first time it’s been so bad that I bothered to drive back. This is not the least expensive place to have a quick lunch, I paid a slightly higher premium I should receive what I paid for. I don’t have time to come back! Please give me what I paid for. What I was given today should be an embarrassment. If it happens to me almost every time I order then other people are being robbed of their money as well.
