I ordered from doordash and my burrito was missing , the bowl I ordered with chicken Al pastor and extra barbacoa DID NOT come with barbacoa at all . And the other bowl with just barbacoa , they put steak instead of barbacoa. Worst chipotle ever do not order online from here.

They are super slow here and had nothing when I went in. No queso, white rice, chicken, guacamole or corn? That just does not seem possible. They also aren’t super customer service focused. They tried to have me wait for the manager to change the till before ringing me up, after having me wait 20 minutes for them to make the food and letting another customer that the cashier knew skip me. That just doesn’t seem right.

Awesome customer service. If you have any problem see Melvin the manager. He’s kind understandable and amazing in trying to satisfy the customer. Thr lines are the usual packed but thr vibe and energy in here is awesome. Lots of tables chic crowd and tons of hot sauce located all around for the taking. Parking is aviliable and free which is so important in this part of the Bronx. Prices are still hefty but thr amount of food and quality can not be beaten.

They always run out of ingredients like 2 hours before closing and instead of making more stuff they just flippantly tell you it’s gone. Also their hours are super erratic like just give them any reason and they’ll close the whole store, this is not a serious location.

I never give negative review and today I am very disappointed at the quality in the white rice. Came out from work and to get home and the rice is sooo hard. I instantly stopped eating. After spending almost $20, I am super upset. I called the number, no one answer, I figured that no one would answer because I never see them taking incoming calls. But other than that, customer service is great and this is the first time I ever complaint.
