I tested yet another Chipotle location. While the space itself is quiet and visually fine, the overall experience was very poor. I stood alone at the counter for about three minutes, yet no one felt responsible to take my order or even acknowledge me. The language barrier with the staff was extremely large. Basic English communication did not work, which led to multiple mistakes during the ordering process. Even trying to point out or correct those mistakes was not understood. On top of that, the sour cream was completely unseasoned, and both the corn and vegetable options were empty. The cleanliness of the tables was also lacking and clearly needs improvement. Overall, this location was frustrating and disorganized, and well below expectations.

this location consistently disappoints! ordered a online order of a bowl, didn’t ask for corn but they put it on anyway. i’m slightly allergic so this is a problem. they forgot my chips. went back to ask for a bag and the chick rolled her eyes and practically threw them at me. the staff here is always incredibly disrespectful. i work right across the street so im always coming here and for the last 3 years i’ve been here, they are rude every single time. you can tell they don’t care about their job, and hate working for people. roll their eyes during every single encounter. they don’t look at you in the eye when ur talking to them, and whenever you thank them they just roll their eyes or ignore. so so rude omg

Visited this store at 8:30PM on Saturday October 11. It was pretty empty to the point we thought they may have been closed. It was immaculately clean. The service was friendly and our food was really good. I was super impressed

I place my order over 20 minutes and on the app. It said it was ready and when my husband went to get my order it was not ready. The workers also a young girl gave my husband an attitude because he told her that we ordered over 20 minutes. Don’t go here and she didn’t give anything complimentary for the long wait.

The team at this store needs a refresher on food safety and cleanliness. The store was disgusting and the workers were very rude and do not listen. I got a kids meal for christs sake, it has three things and I had to repeat myself multiple times to have them hear me. save yourself the trouble and go to the one by union square it’s better
