My husband and I order takeout from here online at least once a week, and every time our order is perfect, exactly as we ordered it. So if I want extra veggies or extra cheese, they make it happen…and when I select light rice or light beans, they make it happen. It’s always so well made. I want to give a shout out to all the employees because they always have a smile regardless of how stressed they might be that day. The restaurant could be a little cleaner from time to time, but I wanted to let you all know I appreciate your attention to detail and good attitudes ✨️☀️ sometimes we’re all having an off day and all we need is a little chipotle to add a little bit of joy into our day, and I can always count on this location to pull through.

Half the time my food was on the side dripping in the bag. They have good food a bit on the spicy side but that comes down to preference. If your picking up be there early just in case this happens you can catch it sooner….. yearly update food is sloppy anymore and super spicy. Communication is out the window you walk in for a pickup that says it’s ready by a certain time and end up waiting an extra 15 on top of that and no one says hello what are you here for… go somewhere else!

I ordered my food through DoorDash . When I received the order it was wrong . I ordered brown rice but white was sent . I ordered black beans and no beans sent . The meat was only enough to fill a spoon . Horrible ! I couldn’t even enjoy my meal . DoorDash gave me $4.50 credit . Couldn’t reach store . I would rather go in store to order and watch carefully . Good luck .

I have not been to this place because last time I was told that if I didn’t use the app I could not order at all. I decided to try it today. The first thing, I was told that the adult quesadilla can only be order on the app. So because love my husband ,and he wanted one, I downloaded the app. The chicken quesadilla had the option to add fajita vegetables. When I got it all the fajita vegetables are green peppers. My burrito was full green peppers and that pic is just the peppers from the half burrito I ate. I took them out. The word vegetables is not only green peppers . The Burrito was ok. I ordered a side was guacamole and all it need was lemon. My advise to chipotle, if you add lemon to your guacamole, and have fried onion as an option, I might come back.

First experience and won’t be back as they do not wear hairnets all while making your food. I’ve never been so grossed out going to a restaurant. There was also another gentleman in the back with a very bushy beard with no hairnet. I’d love to know how serving food like this is acceptable.

it’s always something here. multiple chances but something is always wrong. stale chips & my steak was the most charcoaled black i’ve ever seen steak. completely inedible & actually DISGUSTING. i tried one piece of steak and it tasted like smoke and dust reminisce from i assume the grill. but ultimately i couldn’t even chew it & the whole bowl went into the trash. this location needs an entire new staff and management clearly. every time i have eaten there in person, the establishment is always very dirty. i’ve given them too many chances. if you attempt to “eat” here you’ll regret it.

I usually come here for lunch, but my last visit 7/23/25 was literally my last visit at this location. I ordered a Chicken bowl, and was given one small scoop of chicken, when I questioned it I was told that was the serving.
We all know Chipotle doesn’t give a lot but I literally had maybe 10 pieces of chicken. I should have just walked out then and left the worker holding the bowl.

Food poisoning alert. My coworker and I went here for lunch. We both had different meals. We both got sick from eating here. I do not recommended this establishment.
The corporate office did it’s best to investigate the incident and offered to reimburse me for the food or gift certificates to redeem at their restaurant. I decline and extend my thanks for handling the matter in a professional manner. I will not be returning to any Chipotle restaurant.
