When i tell you this is the best of the best. Everything is amazing I am a loyal customer of this chipotle I am not lying because I know my chipotle is always going to be the best. I work in the plaza and after a long shift I can count on my local chipotle to make my day better. I just stopped by, they filled up my bowl, the steak is perfectly cooked and the two girls complimented me. Honestly give all the workers a raise.

This is easily the worst Chipotle in South Jersey. The restaurant is consistently filthy, they constantly skimp on portions, and they are almost always out of basic ingredients. It honestly feels like pure laziness and a complete lack of care.
The staff is rude and unprofessional. Today my bowl was sitting finished on the counter while the employee who made it stood there watching videos on his phone instead of paying attention and handing it to me. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing job.
The overall experience here is disgusting and embarrassing for your brand. This location clearly has no standards for cleanliness, service, or professionalism. At this point it feels like management simply does not care.
I will never return to this location again, and I strongly urge Chipotle to send a District Manager to this store immediately to evaluate the staff and management and clean house. This location is a disgrace.

I was here around 5:30 pm tonight and ordered a chicken bowl which was delicious. At the checkout a very rude black woman maybe 17-18 years old did not say hello, she slammed my order down on the counter and threw my cup in the bag for my fountain drink, instead of placing it on the counter. Please teach your workers about customer service!!!!

I am a vegan I’ve been coming here for years I also used to work here when I was 16 so I know how things work. I would just like to let you all know if you could just be more accommodating towards people with dietary needs. I find myself always having to over explain myself at every chipotle that I go to. This is the only one that I like, even going to because, They’re usually very accommodating.
I just saw cheese in the lettuce and I just don’t want cheese in my lettuce. I don’t eat cheese I can’t.
And I saw a Barbacoa meat in the guacamole that’s why I asked for a fresh batch.
Cross-contamination is very important to me because I don’t eat meat or consume dairy
The woman, I don’t know her name, but she’s very kind and never gives me a hard time she is the most accommodating
I appreciate that she was accommodating to me and got the fresh guacamole and the lettuce from out of the fridge. I really do appreciate that. The only thing was I wanted to ask for was extra lettuce, but I didn’t have a chance to. I was very anxious and couldn’t wait to leave. I have anxiety disorder and wished I could turn the switch off but in situations I can’t help myself but freeze up. Luckily, I have some lettuce at home and I’ll just chop up some extra lettuce because it is a veggie bowl it wasn’t her fault I should’ve spoken up but I was stressed because the worker didn’t understand what I was saying. Next time, I’ll try my best to speak up, but it’s really hard when you have anxiety disorder and you get anxious because people aren’t really hearing what you’re saying.
Thank you so much for trying people constantly give me a hard time for their lack of understanding not everyone consumes dairy and meat. I was still nice enough to leave a few dollars tips as I always do. I just would like to be heard sometimes at Chipotles I am vegan and it’s hard to get food around here in this area!
I’m lactose intolerant (I have terrible reactions to dairy)
And I also can’t digest meat very well as I get sick from it
I have personal stomach issues I am sorry 🙁

Probably the worse place to get food. I ordered food last week and all I got was a bowl of rice and cheese. I reached out and was given a coupon for a free meal. So I used it today, received someone else’s order. It was my bag but someone else’s food inside. I ordered a bowl and there was a burrito. Just super confused how hard it is for someone to read an order and put it together correctly and put it in th correct bag. … never coming back

The lady preparing my food was incredibly rude and called me a name under her breath.
I was reading an order off of my phone and when reading it, I said the first ingredient in the bowl but she didn’t scoop it, instead she put her hand on her hip and said “Okay, what else.” so I read the rest of the order. She waited until I read off the last thing in the bowl, to then have me repeat everything in it to put it together (and had an immediate attitude while doing so). She mumbled under her breath, and saying “Alright, Mr. something something.” I wasn’t able to hear it but she didn’t want to seem to repeat it when I said excuse me. The employee was a heavier set woman with scarring on her face. She should not be in a customer-facing position if she cannot handle it or have basic manners. I’m not usually one to leave reviews or anything like that but it was just so jarring that she actually felt like it was okay to treat someone like that.

I’m a very frequent customer here. Went in tonight me and my cousin stood there for a good 4-5 minutes while the employees talked amongst themself one Spanish woman one Spanish man. While she prepared food for herself she failed to even acknowledge the customers standing right in front of her. We decided to walk out to my surprise they said absolutely nothing. These two employees should worry about fraternizing outside of work instead of in front of two customers. never going back here. They should be fired as well

Why would anyone eat at a place that even the people who work there don’t like? One of the best burritos I’ve had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp?). I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and on point with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever.

Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don’t have the plethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it’s totally understandable.

Horrible experience. I went in and host Brian was making disrespectful remarks toward me and my girlfriend. He told me “you should be paying for everything, she shouldn’t be paying for shit.” I felt extremely disrespected and I would NOT recommend this chipotle.
