Terrible experience. The chicken was completely dry; I specifically asked for a fresh batch and not the burnt, dried pieces, but she ignored me and served it anyway. Portions were shockingly small; the spoons were only half (sometimes barely ¾) filled and the bowl itself was hardly filled at all. You’re paying full price for low-quality food and tiny servings. Absolutely not worth it. Avoid this place. Disappointing

Been going here for over a year consistently. Portions were cut down by half recently (Feb 2026) on both burritos and bowls with no price change, effectively meaning the cost has doubled. What was once two meals for me is now just one. Really disappointing, looking for an alternative lunch spot now.

The food is very very good. It’s a little spicy so for people who don’t like spicy food or don’t eat spicy food you might want to ask what is spicy before you make your specific food item. All the ingredients can be mixed well or if you like or keep them slightly separate you can. What I prefer to get is the bowl option.( You get a little more for your money.) So for condiments you want or anything on the side(you just have to ask and they will do whichever you like) they have extra shredded cheese guacamole queso blanco and sour cream.( Basically honestly you can put anything you want/prefer on the side.)They also have a Mr.Pibbs that is amazingly fantastic!!!

The bad reviews are either a coincidence or just wrong. Got a burrito here today and out of all the chipotles ive visited this was the best one. Super friendly employees and the food was cooked and assembled amazingly. Will be back ❤️

Honestly, this chipotle has been crushing it lately. Their staff do a great job constructing burritos, never skimp on the portions, and go above and beyond every single time. I’ve got some horror stories from other chipotles, but this one continues to give me hope.

The food stopped being good here a while ago. Don’t even bother ordering online, it’ll come out rushed and a mess. The only redeeming quality is the line is never too long. Probably because everyone is catching on to the subpar food.

I honestly stopped going to this one awhile ago.. the manager old lady with glasses Ariana always is rude and has an attitude problems she will try to charge you for anything you get on the side when its supposed to be free…tonight the girl making the food was absolutely horrible had a very nasty attitude even threw down the spoon because I asked for a little extra corn in my bowl and I asked her is it a problem she ignored me then after I paid she went to another employee to talk about me its sad I can’t get any names because nobody wears name tags and I guarantee they do that on purpose because of this reason where nobody can complain on the horrible customer service from employees and management so sad you use your hard earned money here just to get attitudes and overcharged.. certain staff need retraining I will say the gentleman who we first had doing the bowl was very nice but the girl who was doing the toppings was horrible tonight Oct 8th at about 8:20pm
