If you’re ordering midday food seems to be great, it tastes fresh and service is very quick. But if you order in the evening or online even if you pick it up it tastes like it’s been sitting the entire day. They also commonly forget items if you order online. It’s nice and quiet but definitely ran down. Cannot complain fully, just have to know when and how you need to order at this location.

Went thru the drive thru for a blizzard on a Monday at 4pm. There was one car in front of me. It took 5 minutes for them to greet me on the speaker. I was not given a lid for the blizzard either. Are they really that expensive? This place sucks. Never going back there again.

Terrible service! Unfriendly staff. Ordered an ice cream cake 5 days before pickup. My order was lost and not ready. They siad they would make it when I showed them the receipt. I left and went back 3 hours later and it still was not ready and I had to wait another 40 minutes for the to write Happy Birthday. They laughed in my face, was in no hurry, and very rude. 10 minutes later when I got the cake home it was melting! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! Terrible customer service!

The most unfriendly employee I’ve experienced in a while. Went through the drive-thru and besides the, “what can I get you?”, there was not one single word uttered. Not, “here is your card back”, not “here’s your sundae and blizzard”, not “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Just stuck my food out while looking back inside at someone then closed the window. I don’t need to be pampered, but a simple, polite, courteous “thank you” seems appropriate. Don’t act like I’m wasting your time by spending my money there.

Ordered a blizzard and 6piece chicken basket, the price was not what was listed I was charged then I was told that the basket has also a MANDATORY drink added for another $2 on top of the price of the basket itself that I was told they could not take off. After this aggravation and noone telling me anything until I got to the window I pulled around to the store part after the Drive thru window because they completed my transaction but didn’t give me my blizzard. THEN I get halfway home and realize they gave me someone else’s order COMPLETELY in the bag and ice in my sprite I asked for none in. So I go Back in a SECOND time and they give me my correct order in the bag and the drink without ice. THEN I get home sit down to eat, take a drink of what’s supposed to be sprite with no ice and lo and behold, THEY GAVE ME WATER not even sprite. I’m furious at this point that it cost me almost $24 what should have been $18+ tax, I had to go into the store/come back TWICE and got home and it was STILL wrong. No one is answering their phone there either. This is wrong on ALL fronts at this point….I’m just flabbergasted at the inability to three times do this job correctly on a simple order. O_o

Someone from DQ needs to contact me to make this right! I wasted time, fuel, and aggravation on this way more than should have EVER happened!

Employee acted like I was bothering her. Barely any filling in the blizzards. And its not like they were busy it was empty, she even got an attitude about the coupon… definitely done with arnold location. And now they comment acting like it matters leaving a FAKE LINK to contact them… Embarrassing business practice….

It’s really frustrating when an establishment says that their lobby is open until 9pm only to arrive at 8:45 and have the doors locked. I just wanted to run in and grab a quick ice cream cake from the freezer. Maybe this isn’t a big deal to some but I feel like you should honor your posted hours of operation. I did end up ordering something different than what I came up here for in the drive through but I’m leaving disappointed.

Just went in at 7:50pm and stood at counter 15 minutes while employees look over yet never come to help as drive through is more important. If I’m waiting 15 minutes with no help then why even come here anymore.

Since when does a place that closes at 10pm stop making food at 9:20?? Also this place always gets my order wrong it SUCKS there is not a Dairy Queen closer to me. Its horrible. They take forever and literally they suck. Also they tried to cheap me out on my hot fudge sundae (barely any fudge)
