Sonia at Chipotle is an absolute gem! Every time I visit, she’s incredibly kind and helpful, not just to me but to everyone she interacts with. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes the extra mile. A few months ago, I had a mix-up with a large order, and Sonia resolved it for me so quickly and efficiently. She immediately understood the issue and took care of everything. She’s truly fantastic, and she makes every visit a pleasure. The entire Chipotle team is great, but SONIA really stands out! This is the OG Chipotle store in Paramus that opened sometime back in 2012. I used to go there multiple times a week since it was only few minutes from my college, FDU. This is one of the unique Chipotle that has a separate standing table section with open doors.
Over the years the store was starting to look old, but then it went thru renovation. This was my first visit to this store in ages, this time with my daughter. The store looked really nice and clean, with its industrial theme interior. This store also has the take out order station separated from the main station, with a nice small window for customers to pick ip their orders.
We got a kids combo and a honey chicken bowl. The servers were quick and efficient. Got salad dressing without any fuss or extra charge. The honey chicken bowl was amazing, all ingredients were so fresh. As I was eating I was trying to remember when was the last time I had such delicious Chipotle bowl. I decided I might as well come to this store for my weekly Chipotle meal instead of going to the Closter one, which is a wildcard every time.

This is pathetic. $22 for this on uber eats and this is all the food they give me. Ordered a steak burrito with extra chicken, salsa, corn, cheese, sour cream. They forgot everything and just put dry chicken rice and beans. Im never coming here again, their burritos used to be 3 times the size of this

I have one cheat day every month and this month. I decided to go to chipotle. What are hughes mistake that was. My food wasn’t that bad. But they never told me that there was a bogo going on. I bought 3 items and received one free. When I could have gotten another one for free easily? If they just would’ve suggested it??? The staff was not very kind pretty much rude. What did mine going back cause the food quality wasn’t that bad.

The people that work here don’t know how to read. I’ve order the kids meal tacos with two tortillas. They always give me a quesadilla EVERY SINGLE TIME. This has happened over 3 times already and I’m extremely annoyed. How hard is it to read properly? Even though they give me a free replacement meal, I still wasted my time driving there for a meal that was not correct. The compensation is not sufficient for the amount of times I received an inncorrect order. It’s time chipotle starts doing reading comprehension tests. Going forward, check your food to make sure it’s correct. Whoever is packing these orders needs to go back to school clearly because they always give out the wrong stuff. These people are lazy. I always have problems at this location.
Update: it’s been a couple months later and this issue is STILL happening. if I’m paying for a specific item I expect to receive that. If it is too hard to read and prepare food, please have these employees do reading comprehension training

Went to this Chipolte and it was difficult to find and the parking lot in the plaza was confusing a little bit too. The location is not very apparent . But I fondly found it only to find it was temporarily closed but there was staff in side working it was only 5:30 pm so I don’t know the exact reason for it to be temporarily closed but it was.

The only recommendation I have is about the music that it was a bit high volume in my opinion in the rank of 1 to 10 they have it in 6 and I recommend 5 just a bit low because also a too low music is not a good experience, but that is my opinion if they have a marketing or another purpose it’s ok

Loved ordering online and it was ready to pick up in 10 mins . Very convenient . We love chipotle food . Love their rice bowl / beans / guacamole . Chips and salsa good too. Parking is good outside . Liked it overall
