Awesome street tacos. The avacodo salsa is my favorite and hard to find nowadays and it has a kick to it.

The OG “taco-bus”. While technically not a bus, this restaurant was the one that started the fleet of Mexican street tacos around town. Delicious tacos not withstanding, don’t sleep on the agua frescas or the salsa bar.

I had high hopes for my first experience here. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The cashier acted as if he was scared to take my order. I greeted him and he stared at me menacingly. I placed my order and he barely understood English. I held my hand out for my receipt and he placed it on the counter. I will never return here again. El Dorado has better customer service and food.

Food is consistently great, at good prices, the best Taqueria in Huntsville! The Hombre that runs the cash register could be a little more friendly .
The owner came by our table the last time we were there and was very gracious for our patronage!

Finally, a real taco shop!!! My husband and I moved out here from San Diego last summer and have been missing our local taco shop so much… we finally got around to trying this place out the other night and were so excited to find this hidden gem! Real, authentic Mexican food – not the Tex-Mex that so many restaurants serve in the area (which is also good in it’s own way but different). Excellent carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, etc. Spicy carrots and pico de gallo at the salsa bar… this ex-Californian is so happy 🙂 Excited to try out more of their menu as we continue to go. Thanks for bringing real Mexican food to Huntsville!

Authentic Mexican food. Best taco trucks in town. The restaurant version in South Huntsville has a salsa bar, and free chips and beans. There is a drive thru version in Madison. If you can’t fix it with green sauce, use more green sauce.

Edit: Tried various things from this restaurant at this point and I haven’t been disappointed.

Reeeallly good fish tacos that prevent me from trying anything else on the menu. The quality of the fish tacos tell me that the rest of the foot must be good, but man, it’s really hard to fine good fish tacos anywhere else. I’ve never eaten at the restaurant so I’m not sure if they have hot sauce options on the tables. If they don’t then that’s the only issue I have with the restaurant.

But even if the rest of the food is awful, I would still come back for the fish tacos Maybe I’ll try another option when I get a raise and can just buy two entrees.

This is my favorite of the El Cazadors. The food is always delicious and the horchata is so good!

There is always plenty of food for the money. Some other places just dont give you enough filling in the tacos. Ask for the spicy pork.

Seems like a very local place to get authentic Mexican food. I got the tacos with beef, chicken, and veggie. They also have a free “salad” bar where you can get warm, fresh chips, pico de gallo, and other salsas to accompany your meal.
