I wish there was a negative stars category for this branch. I have unfortunately experienced the worst customer experience of any restaurant in my 30 years in Dover, NH – and it’s disappointing that it had be at a Chipotle, an establishment that we frequent.

Manager was super rude when he told me they are now charging for wraps on the side when you get a bowl. He said they’re 25 cents a piece , I said I don’t want them and he goes ok theyre free this time. I look at my receipt and I was charged 1$ for 2. Also if you plan on picking up door dash orders here -dont. They don’t pay attention and ppl just steal your order off the shelf and then they have an attitude when they need to remake it. You’ll most likely be angry and your delivery will be late. Terrible management.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are incapable of looking at an online order and put the proper items in the bowl. I ordered sofritas (tofu) as a VEGETARIAN and they gave me some meat alternative. This branch was requiring online orders today and so I didn’t have a chance to supervise how they made my bowl. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with this particular location. DO BETTER, especially when bowls are now $10/piece. ETA: I filled out the online form but it wouldn’t allow be to upload proof of their screw up/

Went in today to get a bowl, not very busy but little focus on the customers. The “team” was yelling at each other, not paying attention to customers in the line. This is the second time this week they’ve taken a while to notice anyone in line. They were out of veggies AGAIN without explanation. When I went to pay, I had to ask for a bag – three times because the kid was paying attention to the yelling/talking in the kitchen. By the time I got to work, the bowl had ripped the bag when I went to pick it up and I realized the kid had put the bowl upside down in the bag and it leaked all over the seat of my car. I tried to clean it up and go inside but the bowl fell apart so I only ate about 1/3 of my lunch. I called to request a refund or replacement but the robo answering service would not let me connect no matter what I did. Honestly not sure I’d want a replacement at this point anyways.

I would give zero stars if I could. Delivery was ordered through their website, delivered through door dash. It arrived quickly and literally NOTHING in the bag was correct. Two burrito bowls with random ingredients that had very little in common with what we requested. Didn’t include our drinks. This is not the most frustrating part. Instead of being able to call and correct this issue, they have either an automated texting service that does nothing to resolve your issue OR they have a robot on the phone who refuses to put you through to an actual human being. Honestly, it’s my own fault. We’ve had SO MANY screwed up meals and horrible service from this location, I should know better than to every place an order. Pathetic.

Please save yourself the time and do NOT order here. I ordered a steak taco salad with extra chicken and chips with green salsa. Not only did I have to call the store to make accommodations since the app didn’t have them (which is impossible to get through, unless you say you work there to get put through which is ridiculous itself), I did not receive the chips or extra chicken. I only got the salsa for the chips. This is very frustrating as I paid extra money for nothing. Read the other reviews as well as mine and do not order here unless you want to be disappointed.

Look, I get that this isn’t the most glamorous job in the world, but more often than not these people don’t make our orders correctly and I’ve been really disappointed by this place lately. About a week ago I got a burrito and a bowl from here, and both were missing a good chunk of the items I wanted in them. The burrito was also haphazardly put together and fell apart after a couple of bites. Ordered from here again (same items as before) and had the food doordashed to us and it arrived with only the bowl, no burrito in sight. The bowl also had food missing from it and other items thrown in there that I did not ask for. You’re better off going to the Portsmouth or Epping locations honestly, because this one has progressively been getting worse and worse.
