Food is fine but the place is gross. There are a ton of people working and every surface, including the floor and in front of the register had food on it.

Updated review of this location – 12.5.2025. Still an absolute disgusting mess. Trash is overflowing on more visits than not. Multiple employees on the line actively wear AirPods hindering their ability to hear and interact with customers. They are out of lettuce, understandable as stuff happens but when picking up mobile orders there is no communication that they are out of a product nor is it marked out of stock on the app. Unfortunately I like Chiptole enough as a brand so I keep coming here. When will corporate step in to help this store better represent the brand? It’s an embarrassment to Chipotle.
2024 review: This restaurant is a horrible representation of Chipotle as a brand. GM Michael Lenzo is very rude and arrogant. This location has gone down hill tremendously in the last few years. Always out of some type of food, smaller portions and bad attitudes. Finally after over a year they offer lemonade from a drink fountain again. You get way better service during the daytime hours but going at night is a usually not worth it.

I got a burrito with beef barbacoa, brown rice, black beans, queso, guac, pico, shredded cheese, and lettuce. I was amazed that they were able to successfully close the burrito, as they were loading it up I became worried that I had maybe asked for too many things, but they made it work. I was starving so I ate the whole thing. It was pretty good, in hindsight though, I probably only should’ve ate half of it, my tummy was a bit upset with me afterwards. 4/5 stars because the atmosphere was just okay.

This place seriously needs a babysitter. Who is running this place!! I’ve never seen a restaurant with soo many 1 star reviews. There’s like 20 employees. All are clueless and have no idea what is going on. I saw the grill cook walking around with chicken in tongs asking other employees if they think it’s done!!!

Line was VERY efficient and got everyone through with exact ingredients quickly and with great attitude. Food was fresh and delicious. Plenty od open tables and seats, staff attended to trash and supplies quickly.

Horrible employee at check out. Food was $18.07 i gave $19 bills he didn’t count properly and asked me 0.7 cents more i said i actually need the change back by the way. And he said this is not a gas station. Seriously? That much attitude at chipotle? Later he realized i gave him $19 actually. After that he still showing his attitude without saying sorry instead. Mistakes happens i understand but the way he said “this is not a Gas Station”?

Nothing makes me want to vomit more than finding an employees hair in my food! My granddaughter spent $11 or so of her hard earned money, she’s a teen, and threw hers straight in the trash! I called the business number and got told that I needed to give them info that I didn’t have. Who saves fast food receipts? Ugh

Absolutely horrible experience here tonight. Ordered a carnitas bowl as the young kid (who couldn’t be bothered to ask me what I wanted) threw in half scoops of everything. I couldn’t believe it. I asked him if it was a 1/2 portion and he mumbled something about being yelled at all night and offered me double meat, lol. Ordered a large side of queso, the bowl was covered in it on the outside, they couldn’t take 5 seconds to wipe it off. $18 for garbage. DO BETTER.

Quality has completely gone down hill. We order 2 chicken quesadillas with sides. The sides were half full and each quesadilla had only a few pieces of chicken and some cheese – the tortilla was just folded over multiple times which no ingredients inside. For ~$15 per meal I would expect appropriate portions and better quality control.
