The awesome team at this Chipotle has restored my faith in the brand as a whole. I feel like every time I’ve been to any chipotle in the last five years the rice is always underdone or the food is cold. That was not the case here: my burrito bowl was absolute perfection.

I’ll start by saying that I was very hungry when I walked into the Chipotle. I noticed that they only had a few meat options and the Barbacoa with so dried out, I asked if they’re as more and the answer was no. So I asked for a burrito bowl with white and the person working there was scraping what ended up being about a spoonful of white rice the last of the container into my bowl and thinking that that was enough rice for the burrito bowl I asked if there was any more, she said no. I then asked for steak would she put about five pieces on and then I asked for chips to go with this order and they were so stale I couldn’t eat them. I understand times are tough, things are hard, but I will never be going to this Chipotle again and that’s kind of a bummer because Chipotle is usually awesome.

The food is always decent, but there’s something especially and consistently incompetent about the service here. There’s ALWAYS something missing from my order. Today, they forgot a bag of chips with salsa, and put the incorrect label on literally every menu item. In person, the staff always seems to get something wrong too. Chipotle seems to insist on hiring its employees straight out of the womb.

I went there at about 3pm on Monday. As I walked up to the front of the building there was 3 garbage cans by front door outside. They where spilling over with garbage and bees. When i went in tables had spilled food all over them and the trash cans inside were spilling over also. I said something to the service girl and she just laughed. Thats a pretty sad representation of Chipotle. No managers ever there, just some teenagers who dont care. This place wont last much longer. Just a prediction of mine.

Second time I ordered online ahead of time, and this is the second time my order is wrong. First time I was missing the meat in my bowl. The second time I ordered a burrito and got a bowl. If you go to this chipolte, I recommend ordering at the counter.

The East Greenwich location is horrible…. 9 times out of ten the rice is raw, how difficult is it to check the rice before serving it to paying customers? I keep trying it because it’s a great idea, and convenient, but the execution is extremely poor at this store

Went in and ordered a 3 burritos and a quesadilla. The person reluctantly made the quesadilla but said you are supposed to order those online? Nothing in store states that and I’m confused by that in general. Should I have ordered that part of my meal online separately?

This was the 2nd time that i have been in this location and both times have disappointed me. This last time it was at 5 pm dinner time i was looking to get a meal. I entered and the employee at the counter seemed very nervous and did not say a word to me i then proceeded to try to order my meal. She stated they did not have any white rice. i said ok that is fine i will just take a chips and queso. they stated they had no queso left. i even offered to wait for the rice and a lady chimed in stating they only had brown rice and no white rice would be available. I ended up leaving without any food. This is the second time something like this has happened here. seems like the ordering of items or cooking is off. Most times they are just out of queso but queso is the main reason people come here and it should be available at all hours of operation.

WORST chipotle in rhody. My last order was bowl that I took 2 bites out of and threw it in my garbage. Cold food every time, hard rice, chicken and steak never cooked well, ingredients are always wrong. It’s probably ran by a high school student. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else
