This was Memorial Day when we were at this Waffle House. They were extremely busy but all the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. Orders were prepared and came out quickly. Staff was super nice and attentive even with the crowd in the restaurant.

I frequently visit this location with no issues. Today, as I was placing a to-go order, I noticed a waitress sitting at a table, pouring salt from the saltshaker on table into her hand and proceeded to lick it. She then, rubbed her hands all over the saltshaker. I spoke to the manager, who thanked me for letting her know. The waitress then, came to the counter where the bar seats are, placed the same saltshaker on top, and started washing her hands. I called the manager over to tell her she needed to remove that saltshaker from the dining room to be sterilized. The waitress then said loudly, “She all in my business.” I am she. No ma’am…it’s OUR business because you decided to do that in the restaurant in front of guest.
