The worst Chipotle ever. This is the 4th time I’ve had a very poorly made burrito from this location. See pic below.The tortillas are lazily wadded up and you only get a bite of one ingredient at a time – a truly awful burrito experience. There were also no fajita vegetables. There won’t be a 5th time bc I am never going here again.

I would give this location z e r o stars if I could. First and foremost, the wait time is ridiculous. I placed an order for pickup at 5:20pm, and waiting almost a half hour, mind you… chances are the order was probably done before that, but they neglected to put any bags on the “online pick up” rack…. ‍♀️ all the bags were behind the register. So you want to wait in line for my online pick up order?! Make it make sense. These workers really struggle to comprehend basic customer service/ online order procedures. Management- get your team in shape, teach them how to effectively communicate to the paying customer, it’s really not that hard.

I ordered a quasidilla and this was what I got. Two taco tortillas with a little chicken. Ordered it with extra chicken fajita veggies sour cream and salsa. Tried calling and the phone system sucks. The kids in the store tonight are the laziest people I have seen. The fact that I spent $20 on this is ridiculous, the manger will be getting a lovely complaint filed. I expect to have a full refund of my entire order and my next meal for free after this shameful pass for a meal. These employees should be fired

I’ve been getting lunch here about once a week for 3 years because its close to work. 9/10 times I have a problem. My order is wrong, missing, undercooked, staff is rude or doesn’t care, they only take online orders one day and the next day they only do in person orders. They always forget something when I order online. so im asking for refunds constantly for missing stuff. Go to sol de mexico nearby its way better and it probably will be faster because this chipotle will take half an hour sometimes to get your food.

They had all of the chairs put on top of the table at 9 pm, food was cold. The attitude of employees were horrible, and my favorite part…. The chips…. the chips were inedible, stale, salty and just a disappointment.

One of the nicest chipotles I’ve visited. During my visit to the area, I ate here multiple times and each experience was positive. All of the staff I interacted with were genuinely friendly, the food quality was consistently excellent, the establishment itself was very tidy. I hope the manager is proud of the product and service that the employees here provide!

watched two of the workers stare at the guacamole before putting it on my bowl. They told one of the other workers there was hair in it and she continued to put it on my bowl. She then plucked the hair out of the batch.. Before paying I said something and she lied saying it was a fresh container when I watched her do it.. one of the woman who looked to be in charge made me a new bowl and apologized. The place needs to tidy up their work area and pay attention to what they are serving customers..

The team did a great job during a busy rush. The only tiny issue was the burrito bowl was small. They didn’t even fill the bowl halfway, but with that being said the food was fresh and service was fast and efficient. They kept the growing line moving.

If you want a burrito full of toppings this is the Chipotle for you! Glad I had a gift card and didn’t pay out of pocket. Person behind the counter definitely not listening to you and is like Talking to a zombie. I got the chicken al pastor and instead of saying they were out, she put 3 small pieces of chicken on it and ask “Is that enough?” if you have to ask, you know its not enough… I told her no and she scooped the last 4 pieces out of the dish and moved on… was she saving those last 4 pieces for someone else’s? Because it was not enough for mine…. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were out of the meat I asked for, but after reading the other reviews on this store, it just seems par for the course.
