The experience was extremely disappointing. Portion sizes have noticeably decreased, and management during lunch hours appears more focused on cutting back than on customer satisfaction. When I politely asked for a slightly larger portion, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. It was uncomfortable to see staff and customers criticized openly. The overall atmosphere felt tense rather than welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality of service does not reflect the standards one would expect, and significant improvement in management and customer relations is needed.

Haven’t eaten at this place or at any Chipotle’s in at least 3 years. Prices went up which is expected but not this high. Ordered a bowl and it literally had 8 tiny strips of meat. I pretty much at toppings. Why charge so much and put so little meat inside? I probably wil never eat at this chain again. Staff is great and atmosphere is good but food is a 2 out of 10. I rather go and probably pay the same money or less at a mom and pop Mexican place. Horrible food. Cheap out on the most important part of the meal.. the protein, you shouldn’t be able to count the pieces of meat inside. Do better as a chain these little things make a big impact maybe not now but later down the road that message is for cooperate.

I was having a good day at work, needed Chipotle to feed my lunch requirement. Older gentlemen was great, made my plate with professionalism, then came the cashier. Wow, it’s been a long time to see someone that didn’t want to be there! Bad attitude. Do yourself a favor a get a new cashier. Give the payroll to someone that at least wants to be there and has some customer service experience. So I had a good day up to that point and actually took my food to eat in the car!

Much better than before. They do have enough staff to provide walk-in service, not only for online orders,and they also accept cash. This place is on par with other Chipotle locations, but the potions are less generous and filling. But fair value overall.

Sorry to write a bad review, but it was pretty bad on a Thursday around 7 pm. Incredibly long line (15-20 people), it took us about half an hour (!!) . The four guys behind the counter and the others in the kitchen worked hard and diligently, but were overwhelmed by the number of customers in line, plus phone and web orders. One of them was tired and stressed out, said he’d been working since the morning (12 hours…)
Dirty tables and chairs outside, freezing A/C inside :-/
The place is not working well, maybe they should stop taking online orders?..

Worst chipotle I’ve EVER been to! Couldn’t let me know which ingredients they had. Ordered a bowl and the lettuce was brown and disgusting, rice was barely cooked. Absolutely disgusting don’t ever come here this place was a joke

Management used to be much better the years prior when it comes to portions. Now at lunch it’s run by some shrewd middle-aged woman who prioritizes skimping you over portions and openly badmouths you and employees in public when you ask for “a little more” while forgetting that the customer is always right. Incredibly disappointing. Would benefit heavily with new management.

It used to be a good place – over the last couple months they reduced the amount of food in bowls. Every time I have to ask for more rice and meat and then they charge you for it. I only want to get the same amount as they use to give and the service and attitude got worse. I hope they will solve it soon otherwise there are alternatives in the area like tango mango and Anna’s Taqueria.

This place can get a bad rap, but if you go at the right time it’s gonna be great. Ordering online is far better than in person, shorter wait time, etc. Order was finished on time and packed nicely with my name on it. Food was just how I wanted it!

It’s a sad chipotle. Every time we go they’re out of something basic (chips, kids tortillas, black beans, etc) and the meat tends to be a bit over-cooked. I love a good chipotle restaurant, but this one isn’t it.

There was an older women behind the desk being extremely rude to me and my son who was here. She made a rude remark and dropped our bowls on the table making it obvious what she was doing. Overall made the experience awful don’t come here.
