The place feels like a train station food stop. It’s completely dirty and the service is absolutely horrible. No reason to stop and eat here unless you have no choice.

The food was ok – except for some charred vegetables. Staff was unfriendly and didn’t smile once during the whole process of building my own bowl. They were low on some items and the girl just kept scraping the containers to make my bowl and I had to ask her to get a new container of vegetables. The sitting area was pretty dirty and full of food and napkins on the floor.

Not sure why this place is reviewed so badly. The prices are very reasonable for orlando and there were plenty of good option. I built my own bowl and it was plenty of food.
The roasted veggie options for the bowls were very good and everything seemed fresh. Roasted broccoli and brussel sprouts were both well cooked. Overall much better than most in museum restaurants I’ve been to.

Finally made another visit to the science museum after 2 years. Food at the new 4Roots Café is OK, but it’s not worth the higher price for my family. My kids don’t really like the food.
Not everyone thinks that a “plant based” menu is the best choice for their family. Hot dog for $6. I know it’s 2021 pricing, but that’s 2021 Disney pricing. The science center is not close to other restaurants, so we will have to bring our own food the next time we visit. I miss the Subway restaurant that used to be here. They had more selections (both meat and plants), bigger portions, and lower prices.

We ate here twice while vacationing in the area. Some healthy options at reasonable prices. Tasted great and filled us up. In museum so noisy and floor was sticky but we would eat there again for sure. I had brown rice and pork or BBQ chicken with 4-bean mix and avocado topped with comeback sauce.

Food was ok. We just did the grab and go because the the for the cafe food was super long and was barely moving. Even the line to check out took forever. Overall not bad for a tourist trap cafe though.

Bowl was great. Pizza, not so much. Some staff were very short as if your were bothering them, others were fantastic! Prices were great.
Update 2025: they took the beans off the menu which made the bowls amazing. Now the bowls are just ok. This visit, it was too salty! Sucks, because we came here to eat too.

Love getting lunch here! Staff are incredibly friendly even when they are super busy. Id recommend the bowls!
