Great Friday night dinner! $60 before tip for a soda, tall beer, app, and two entrees. they were very busy so we were surprised by the fast service. Bull bites app was good but small (fine for 2 people getting entrees). Fish fry was great. Mac n cheese was unusual. A little heavier on the onions and bacon than I would have liked, but it was a very flavorful dish that 2 people could have easily shared. The restaurant is deceptively large inside with a nice ambiance. we will definitely go back again!

Our rotisserie dinners were amazing !! The signature green beans were good. The drinks were plenty strong. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here. I use to always drive by but will be another go to spot for us.

Bonfire is a great family restaurant in Eagan! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The servers and friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and they have a great selection of gluten-free dishes. The French fries are super crispy which I love! Definitely recommend this place.

They’ve made some changes to their brunch menu. They got rid of the Chorizo eggs Benedict that I loved, but they still have many other good options. I gave the Bill Bite Hash a try and it was delicious!

Other than some people saying they had to way a while to be seated, I don’t know why this place only has 3.7 stars, as of today.

We went here for a Saturday lunch and had a really good meal. The food came out quickly but not too quickly.

We had the buffalo chicken wantons and were pleasantly surprised. I had their bacon & blue cheese burger. Very good! My wife had the walleye tacos which she really enjoyed. And of course, we each had a beer. Good and good.

We’ll be back for sure.

The service was really good, but the food was not. Also has a small and disappointing beer list. I had their Black & Blue burger that supposedly was seasoned Cajun-style. My spiciness tolerance is quite low and this had zero spice. Also zero flavor. And my sweet potato fries were cold. It wasn’t an awful experience as the staff was pleasant and attentive, but I will not go back.

We made reservations for the special Valentine’s Day dinner for two. I arrived on time but my partner was still 30 minutes away, so I informed the hostess and asked if I could delay our reservation. I was surprised when she said that was no problem since the parking lot was completely packed! I indicated that I’d be waiting near the door and she insisted that I could be seated right away. My cocktail order was promptly taken and a delicious sangria was quickly delivered.

When my partner arrived, she ordered a martini that she described as perfect. We ordered the dinner for two and shared a shrimp cocktail. It tasted very good, but we thought it was odd that we were served 5 shrimp for two people(?)

My partner ordered the Oscar walleye and she loved it. The steak was cooked exactly as she prefers. I ordered the parmesan crusted walleye and it tasted amazing but it had some bones in it. When our server checked on us, I was pulling a bone from my mouth. She immediately offered to get me a different piece of fish and disappeared into the kitchen. Just a few minutes later I was served a new plate and this time there were no bones. She said she would be removing that plate from our check.

We shared the red velvet cake for dessert and it was so much better than we’d had before that we had to look online to see how it’s made.

Overall, the service and food were excellent! Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make our dinner a great experience.
